The reasons are many: they are honest and dependable; pricing is fair; quality of workmanship is excellent. Justin, the owner, is extraordinarily friendly and is always concerned that you are being treated well. His employees reflect the same positive attitude. I can always trust that my vehicles will be well maintained.

I would recommend taking your vehicle to True-Centre. From the initial phone call with Melissa to the day of fixing my SUV with Kurt and Tyler, it was a great experience. Tyler was very thorough and guided me in the right choices for fixing some issues with my vehicle. This is a trustworthy shop and I’ll be a repeat customer.

My old neighbor recommended True-Centre to me. Well after near 20 years, I'm happy to say I'm still a proud customer! Justin, Tyler and the team he has working for him are dedicated to their efforts thoroughly. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trust worthy shop. My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to True Auto for years. Our Jeep had a problem with not starting. We would have to have it towed to True more than once. It would start for them after sitting overnight. They never charged my wife a dime. Pricing is fair and no extras are performed without permission. Highly recommend True Auto.They go above and beyond, period.

I bought a 2007 Honda Accord form Justin About 2 months ago car work great no issues.Justin is a hardworking and honest guy and I will always go to his shop for all my services. Justin (The Owner) has been a family friend for years, and we trusted him with some repairs on a classic car.Instead, Justin let the car sit there for 2 years without doing the brake repairs he was supposed to do. Excuse, after excuse, after excuse was given as to why the repairs were not done, until he finally threatened to send the car to the scrapyard if it was not picked up.When we picked up the car, the repairs had not been done and Justin tried to give us a bill. Instead of dealing with it like a man or a businessman, he took this time to stress out my elderly grandparents about it; attempting to extort them for the money.UPDATE - May 20th, 2024: Upon seeing this review, Justin did guess what? Called my elderly grandparents to complain to them first thing in the morning, who then called me saying Justin demanded the review be taken down.

Zero for service. Provided work on the vehicle and came out with large bill without the original issue fixed. Came back to them and were given no communication from the owner for a long time and they made offers on the older sport vehicle instead of progress checks. Unprofessional owner. Staff was nice though.

The people here all genuinely care about customers. They will take time to explain or hear the issues and take an organized approach to fitting me into their schedule. They share honest opinions which I appreciate. I only got my tires changed the other day but I’ve had a lot of work completed by them on my different vehicles. If your looking for a good shop to keep going to, this is it ??????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

True-Centre Mufflers & Brakes service was amazing. I popped in on my lunch to have my car assessed. They were able to fit me in that afternoon. Justin drove me back to work so I could leave my car there. I highly recommend them as your first go to.
