Ken is such an amazing pharmacist, I left one of the big ones over a year ago now, and have never looked back. I never have to fight with them to get my prescription filled, and refills faxed to my doctor. Ken and his staff get it done when they see I am almost out of refills. By far the best pharmacy I have ever been to. I never have to worry about anything ever, and they are very knowledgeable and understanding. Every other pharmacy should take a page from Ken's book, he runs a tight ship here, and does it well with efficiency.

This is by far one of the best pharmacies I have been to. Ken and his team are efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful, and if you have to call in a prescription they are almost instantly ready. They are truly a treasure in a sea of Shoppers where they don't care who you are or why you are there. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

Ken and his staff at University Square Pharmacy are exceptionally competent, professional, and service-oriented. Whether it is filling a prescription, ensuring that I'm aware of drug interactions, or dispensing a vaccine, each visit has always left me completely satisfied. The staff at this pharmacy were absolutely fantastic ! I received my second dose of the covid vaccine and I have a condition where I potentially pass out with needles. They were caring and friendly and overall amazing!! Recommended definitely !! Thank you so much !

Ken has helped me time and again to special order items from the US which are limited to orthodontic offices and not available in Canada.Always friendly, calls you by name, makes you feel at home.Thanks Ken, we need more independent owners who appreciate their community like you, and less corporate monopolies.

We have been with this pharmacy for over 30 years.I believe it has had a change of ownership some years ago.The present pharmacist (Ken) is one of the reasons why we would never switch to some of the large corporate pharmacies. Personable, knowledgeable and observant. He has spotted issues in my prescriptions (such as when a particular prescribed drug should not be combined with another prescribed drug) and this level of vigilance is much appreciated.He and his crew are quick and efficient, Another aspect of their service we appreciate are their flu vaccinations. Very convenient.
