So much for the same day delivery that they promote. Order something and it's coming a few days later. Why are you guys promoting something when it's false advertising. It's definitely not same day. So thanks for the lie and thanks for the scam. I definitely will not be doing delivery from you guys again

I like the McDonalds within. Could use a few more staff on the floor to assist customers. Able to use change rooms. Regular cashier's available with almost no wait.

Very bad experience. Employees are unhygienic and don’t know how to properly or affectively communicate with or about customers. Walmart needs and overhaul.

Today is Christmas eve but not very nice day for me. Very rude staff. They do not listen to customers. Instead of giving good customer service in holiday season they shows rude behaviour and sarcastic language. The store manager should know how self checkout employees are giving customer service and may be consider them for retraining of how to provide customer service. Never visiting this walmart again.

Way too under staffed. 4 cash open and no self check out. Don't think they had the foresight to see the increase in shoppers. Just spent over an hour shopping just to have to leave and go somewhere else to make it to a cash register. Hire more cashiers, get the self checkouts working, put prices on stock, get new owners and managers.

Always competitive pricing with lots to choose from. I gave a mid-score because the customer service is almost nonexistent. I don't how many times I've searched for ages to find some help with product questions, locations, and pricing. When you do finally find someone the attitude is short and very unfriendly. Quite disappointing.

Staff not helpful with my online order. Waited 1/2 hour in-store to pick up my online purchase. Customer service was a headache as they did approximately nothing to assist me. Have only had negative experiences with this retailer for online shopping. Zero out of five stars.

The Walmart Guelph location offers a wide range of products, from groceries to household items, usually at good prices. The store is spacious and generally well organized, making it easy to find what you need. Staff can get busy, but most are friendly and willing to help when available. Checkout lines move at a decent pace, and the self-checkout area is convenient. Overall, a solid place for shopping in Guelph.

Having done business with Walmart's advertising sector online and international distribution sector for work it was unfortunate that my experience as a customer at this location has been lackluster.
Unfortunately I have not been immune to known practices against certain groups. Despite shopping here frequently and with family. Greeting staff has been met with blank stares, dirty looks or silence when needing assistance on many occassions, sadly mostly by older aged employees.
I have been followed by staff browsing for items and pricing, rudely accustomed by staff and on two occassions using the self check-out had staff come to my self check-out kiosk to begin scanning my own items without an exchange of words to my shock as they glared at my items presumably to see if anything is stolen.
On another occassion after paying for items and leaving I've been shadowed by a staff member in several isles. Recently when leaving I witnissed a customer get robbed of his belongings as the thief (a young lady) ran through the checkout and exit area with his bags.
How fortunate by a sheer moment of luck as this victim alone chased after this thief outside she was slowed by a sudden strong gust of wind and he was able to apprehend her and after a tug of war got back his bag and allowed her to run off.
No staff came to his aid as he rentered the store or at any point.
I will still attend the store but I'm disappointed.
