I was not yet a regular customer , though my company has an account I was purchasing some personal hardware. These guys were helpful and they managed to get me MUCH better pricing on my impact bit than the competitor.

These guys are high...i mean hi prices...really high...id like to buy some painters tape...no you cant theres a 25 dollar minimum what! Ya really....good way to get a reapeat customer....poorly stocked as well actually laughable....drive to the city and save.

Had a terrible experience at HD Supply Brafasco. Returned some bolts to the sum of $150. Was told they can’t return the cash to my debt card, they have to request a Cheque from head quarters. Are you guys stuck in the 80’s. ? Meanwhile they hold on to my cash for a while longer and charge me a 15% restocking fee. Will never shop at Brafasco again.

Thanks for your help today with the rotary hammer drill. Staff is very easy to get along with. Lots of stock and good quality cutting discs, epoxies. No attitude great business
