“Great customer service returned a heated pad after 3 weeks of stopped working and they replace it no questions asked and stop working again after 4 days and they refunded our money we didn't get that same experience with Shoppers Drug Mart you're basically on your own and they want you to deal with the manufacturer yourself that's why I go to Rexall”
