I called here on two separate occasions and spoke to two different people. I live far so I want to ensure everything I want is available before driving down. Both staff members were very knowledgeable and PATIENT! I will be making my purchase here. Other high end stores can learn from them.

I've always had great experiences shopping online through the Broadway website and at the stores. Just recently I had an issue where the sweater had a defect on print, and Rashaud (Chief Technology Officer) handled the situation perfectly. He was apologetic and offered a refund, although I just wanted to exchange the sweater. I appreciated his prompt response and the fact that he didn't brush off my concerns. I ended up getting another colour Billionaire Boys Club sweater that I originally wanted.

I just visited the store and the behavior of the customer service representative is horrible. He refused me to do trial of winter jackets by saying that customers would not prefer wearing jackets if it is wore by others due to odour.Even I liked the product but the customer representative behavior offended me and forced me not to buy the product.

I have been shopping at broadway for a little bit now, and I would love to say that Suni is an amazing person as she always helps out with anything. Hands down amazing customer service. This store has amazing styles for clothing and for all people.

I recently visited Broadway fashions at premium outlets, and it was a very delightful experience. Thanks to an Suni, who worked there she made it a very enjoyable experience. As soon as I entered the store she was very welcoming. She kindly showed me the certain apparels they offer and endured I left the store with exactly what I needed. I believe excellent customer service should be acknowledged, and Suni is a shining example of this. My shopping experience at Broadway fashions was memorable thanks to her outstanding assistance. I will definitely be returning for my future clothing needs, and whole heartedly recommend this store to everyone ! Thanks for the exceptional shopping experience !!!!

I had worst experience today with this store. She kind of accused me and my sister of theft with worst attitude ever as i had bags in my hand. I have seen how retail works and this kind of treatment is awfully and she wasn’t even sorry for behaviour and attitude. Being in this industry is all about customers wherase everything is opposite in this retail store. The guy was helpful however one women was so rude.

Always got the latest collections and A++ customer service. Got some recommendations from Rashaud and he helped me put together some outfits. Really great experience, recommend Broadway for all your fashion needs!

The staff are friendly, helpful and professionalThe store has alot of high quality items....especially their winter coats.I tried on a Moose Knuckle Parka. It felt so comfortable and extremely warm. The discounted price was Great. You could see and feel the HIGH QUALITY in this Moose Knuckle Coat.. Great attention to detail.I HIGHLY reccomend this store.Great service ...Great Products...
