I came in today with zero idea of the shoes I’d like to purchase. Just that I needed help putting together a full outfit for a wedding reception. Chelsea helped me out so much. I showed her the dress and coat and she guided the way. She even helped yank the boots right off when they got stuck! lol. Shoutout to Chelsea at this location. You have no idea how much that meant to me as someone who is completely clueless when it comes to putting together an outfit ! Thank you so much, Chelsea !!!!

I’ve been to this place many times…
But today i had gone right before the closing time to check out some heels for an ocassion. Tracy was great help, she had a smile on her face whole time! She showed lot of patience and literally was not rushing around to do her closing shift chores like everyone else. Great experience!!!

They were super busy and definitely understaffed on a Saturday, but the ladies were working hard. The two women in the front were working cash and simultaneously helping a handful of people grab sizes and answering questions. Great service, especially from the lady with glasses. Walked out with a pair of shoes and a bag. Great deals.

Definitely worth visiting the outlet.
It offers discounted prices. However, it doesn’t have all the sizes, which should be improved since it’s an outlet.
The staff was friendly, and would recommend it.

I don’t know the name of the employee who attended us today. We visited the store between 2-4 PM. The lady working in the customer service department was very RUDE!!!!!!! We almost bought a pair of shoes but due to her rude behaviour and attitude we left them at the counter. Never going back to this store!!!!!!!!!!!
First of all, she was very curt in her responses when asking for shoe sizes. Secondly, she didn’t even let me know that one of the shoes didn’t even have my size. I had to request/ask her multiple times to get a response. Once the two employees kept discussing personal stuff even when they could see i am waiting for them on the counter. Thirdly, someone had moved our shoe box which we wanted to buy but she was admant that we need to look for that specific box to be able to purchase the pair. We still did find the box but we requested her to check if a fresh pair is available as the trial pair had alot of scratchs on them. The response to that was that “It is just 2 of us so we don’t know how long it will take to fetch the new pair”
I am quite accommodating for the employess in these stores but it is the manner in which you convey your message.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service by KIRAN.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with KIRAN working at this location has been truly frustrating. From start to finish, the customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful. She claims to be manager of the store but she doesn’t know how to process a transaction or do a refund, even she doesn’t know how to see transactions details on their receipt which is funny that how company can hire such untalented and unprofessional person. On top of everything the tone and attitude of KIRAN was so dismissive and rude. She didn’t know how to do a refund and falsely blaming me that I am asking for extra money. I don't think so her parents taught her good manners about how to talk to someone. Overall, this was my worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will definitely not be recommending to anyone in the future. If you value your time and sanity, I’d advise looking elsewhere.

Call It Spring never disappoints when it comes to finding something worth buying. This time, we walked away with two pairs of shoes, and the prices were genuinely reasonable. What truly stands out, though, is the comfort—these shoes are incredibly light and easy on the feet, which is exactly what we were looking for.
However, I did notice one pair that was not up to their usual standards, as it was poorly woven (I've attached a picture). Despite that, we're really happy with the two pairs we received. They are super comfortable for both me and my buddy. Thanks to Call It Spring for consistently delivering shoes that prioritize comfort!

Very frustrated with the customer service at this store. The staff (Maya) is very rude. We bought shoes and they told us about the return policy of 60 days. When we went back to return the item, they refused to take it back and said it was on sale. Very unfair on Callitspring part. Avoid this store in Toronto Premium outlets.

Employees working there were happy to assist me with locating the sizes of numerous shoes despite the fact they were short staffed and the lines were long. Hyped me up when I tried on shoes and provided valuable input on how to keep them clean! Ended up with a gorgeous pair of white sneakers for an amazing price!
