On Sunday, I bought a pair of shoes, but they left the security tag on. I had to travel a long way back to get it removed. The front was very busy, so I went to the changing room area to ask for help. A girl with curly hair brown shirt was extremely rude and offered no solutions, just saying, "You'll have to go to cash; I can't do anything." I tried to discuss it with her, but she seemed indifferent. When I finally went to the front, the manager removed the tag in less than four seconds. She could have at least shown some willingness to help. This happened between 3:45 and 3:50 PM on Monday, October 21st. Management should address this, as such a careless attitude reflects poorly on the store.

I had purchased a CK jacket on 15th of September
The original price was $140 and and after discount I got around $97. They had deducted two times from the account.after that they said they will get reflect your account in five or six business days but still not right now get any refund , almost now it was 1month, i had also trying to call the manager from the last 15 days but didn't pick up the call. I went there. They said the manager is that holiday this is totally unacceptable.

I went there around 7:30 Saturday sep 28. The customer sales woman at front area around the main door was very rude. She was not letting me touch anything and staring me, making weird noises, when I was just touching anything. She asked me first time by making weird noise, What size you want I said small. Then I went to other place, She followed me and rudely said ‘you are making mess, which size you want’’ i said I don’t want help but she said this is my area. I went to manager but still she was behaving like that afterwards and following me, not letting me look anything. This is very bad experience she ruined whole night. Authorized persons should need to talk to such sales person about behaving good to customers.

Prices are misleading. Their price check kiosks shows one price but when you get to the checkout counter, that's when you find out the kiosk price is contingent on you signing up for their email marketing garbage. Pretty shady stuff.
Also the checkout was manned by only two of the quietest talking people at 6pm on a Saturday so the lineups got pretty long at times.

I visited store today and it’s huge line on the pay counter and only 2 people are working. I asked one of the employee if they can call help but they said we asked manager but no help is coming . It took me 20 minutes to buy product. Really sad and mismanaged.

Why is there no seat?? Almost all stores have seats for customers to take a break or wait for others. This is very customer-unfriendly. Hope can be improved in the future.

May 13 12:00pm the Indian Manager constantly telling us NOT to take the clothes ourselves because she wanna take photos. For the entire hour we were told 3-4 times. It’s bloody annoying to shop this way. They still make the sales ahhh felt defeated
