New outlet is really is very small and doesn’t have too many people there. Workers are very nice and helpful. Great deals in the small.

Wonderful and fantastic service from NB store in Toronto. The team is extremely friendly and helped us find our shoes sizes as well as provided guidance to help us select our shoes. It was a very pleasant experience.

This is a shout-out review for TIMMY! He is the best on the team at NB store.
Timmy went out of the way to help my mother find the right shoe as she had very specific requirements. He showed her every variety that he possibly could which was available at the store.
5 stars for his eagerness to help, patience and that extra star for his smile that makes the experience even more pleasant 🙂

Timmy was incredible as a sales representative in this location. He provided us with wonderful service and answered all of our questions. He was professional, polite, patient and very knowledgeable. I also suggest asking for Timmy, you won’t be disappointed! :)

Absolutely delighted by the level of service we received at the store. KC is the star of the store and super enthusiastic about the products and didn’t hesitated to go all in finding the right shoe for my husband. He was beyond patient and helped in getting the best shoe. Eddie made ordering super easy and in less than 5 mins we were done! He was super thorough and explained each step extremely well. I wish them all the best 🙂

Areesh, the customer service rep is fantastic! This young man deserves to run this place, he was so polite and helpful. He helped me find shoes for very problem feet by patiently understanding my issues and suggesting shoes.

I have fractured foot and I’m in healing stage. Came in and Areesh was a star in customer service and accommodations. He knows the products and is super attentive. It’s refreshing seeing this level of customer service. This is what makes the retail shopping experience phenomenal that online shopping can’t replace it. Thank you Areesh. Keep shining

My husband and I were shopping for shoes and tops. Stella helped us find exactly what we wanted. When she rang in the prices , the promotion didn't work. She called over Karen and they immediately scanned all the items again and manually entered the discount. They kept apologizing for making us wait. It took just a few more minutes but they were both polite and friendly. We've shopped there before and will shop there again.
