“We are so thankful for Bold Canine! They come and visit, care for and love on our dog, bunnies (and even hamsters!) whenever we are away. All of their staff are so great with our pets and we have complete peace of mind knowing that our animals are totally taken care of (while still being able to be comfortable in our own home) while we are on vacation. They do such an amazing job giving our pets love and attention and it's very evident that they truly care.We highly recommend Bold Canine for all of you pet sitting needs!!”
“Staff are welcoming and helpful and they go the extra mile to get you what you need. The store has plenty of selection and I always find exactly what I need.
Edit: The last 5 or 6 times I've been here, the staff have been heard cursing / swearing loudly - often with children in the store. Maybe not a huge deal to some, but this is a workplace, with kids present - sad to hear this going on.”
“I have been in the store 3 times so far. All 3 times the staff have made me feel comfortable and act like they want my business. They truely care about the well being of our pets.”
“During my visit this afternoon , I was assisted by a young lady I don’t remember her name but she was pleasant and well spoken, and very knowledgeable to me. She was eager to help us find exactly what we were looking for and did so with professionalism and a positive attitude. Individuals like her truly enhance the customer experience. 10/10 customer service”
“I would highly recommend the cat grooming services at PetSmart Milton. Aline was my cat's groomer and she took great care of him. She treated him with great care and sensitivity, gave him a handsome bow and even a special treat at the end for ‘surviving’ the bath. She was fantastic!!! I will definitely bring Sox back to this location and to her. Thank you.”
