The best part was that all 4 closures went right in to lock the doors. No pushing or shoving to get it to close and lock. I highly recommend this business. “Very happy with the service overall, with ONE complaint: the access roads to the storage units are always muddy, covered in slush, ice, etc: you really need to rebuild your roads and driveways. Every time I bring a vehicle in, it gets covered in mud. When I take boxes out of my car, they invariably get wet or dirty from your access roads if I put them down. Otherwise, the service is great.”

“My friend and I embarrassingly ended up in a ditch very recently. We had a few people who stopped and asked us if we were ok. Two young men with a tow truck came by and helped us out of the ditch. These young men were from James Snow Self Storage. They did not want any money for their time or trouble and were genuinely happy to help us out. It's rare when a person runs into one Samaritan never mind two. Thank you guys. We highly recommend them for their storage and If we need storage, we know where to go!!”
