Retail stores are expected to deliver high standards of customer service. After a purchase of almost $200 in multiple transactions because the staff conveniently donot wish to make you aware of the deals that are not displayed unless you ask so. That being said, making multiple transactions and then not be able to recieve small bags i asked for, is ridiculous. I purchased 12 items and all in one bag which is fine. But i asked for 3 smaller bags as some of these items were gifts. I was refused very arrogantly by one of the staff members ( a white lady ). Body shop is everyones go to store for great experience. But this store in particular delievers a very different experience.

Arsh helped me throughout the shopping, she helped me to choose the right lip shades and as well as provided samples of a few oils as I was unsure of what to buy! She was extremely patient!

Staff were nice. Nothing remarkable or different from a regular Body Shop to this outlet Body Shop. The store itself is quite small. Don't bother wasting your money and go to your local Body Shop with more selection and the same sales.
