A little bit of feedback. Please put shopping bags or baskets in your store. I bought 6 items and had to carry them throughout the store for hours as I was trying other things on. Really annoying as your store can get busy on the weekends and winter clothes are bulky.

Today, I went to the store and had a new pair of shoes that I bought, but I don’t remember when. The original price was around $120, and with a discount, it was about $60. I didn’t have the receipt, so I asked to exchange the shoes for a smaller size. They asked for the manager to come. When she arrived, she asked about the receipt and suggested I check my email in a rude manner. Then she told me they would give me a $25 gift card in exchange for returning the shoes. The service was very unprofessional, even though I really like this product and usually shop there.

Girl named Kalpana working over there is just unprofessional…
She has zero clue of customer service.. doesn’t know how to speak with customers, thinks she owns the store,
Other staff was very nice but she is just in her own different world thinking she’s the boss

Entire store is 50% off right now. One can find good options here. But the customer service not upto the mark. I understand it’s busy because of labour day sale, but person deployed at fitting station is unprofessional. Firstly he assigned me the room which cannot even fit my baby’s stroller. Secondly he kept knocking the door to vacate. Please understand that it do take atleast one minute for trying one stuff.

I got there at 8 pm and I was looking around picking some clothes to try them on.
I went to the fitting room at 8:29 then the manger saw me having more than 10 pants and 4 shirts then she said the fitting room is closed and you can’t try them on because we close the fitting room at 8:30 and it wasn’t 8:30 yet.
I have her all the clothes and I told her i can’t buy them without trying them on and she didn’t care she took them and didn’t make me try them on.
I was very disappointed because I’m a regular customer there and I wasted my time in the store for nothing at the end.

We bought some shirts from there ,very good material and good price ,I bought for guest they really liked it but forget to take the pictures .please go buy stuff from the store.
