Not a single star! Terrible experience. The salesperson claiming to be "Rebecca" with Associate# 375521 is the worst I have ever dealt with. An hour before the store closes, she abruptly closed the changing rooms and forbids anyone from trying anything forcefully. When I questioned, she snidely advised buying every size and returning anything that didn't fit properly. She treats every customer harshly and when I questioned this decision, expecting a reasonable explanation, the response I received was far from what I anticipated. Instead of a courteous and informative reply, the customer representative retorted with a dismissive, "Have you ever worked in retail? Do you know how retail works?" The tone was not only condescending but also unnecessarily rude.As a customer, I understand that there are closing procedures and responsibilities for store staff. However, the abrupt closure of the fitting rooms an entire hour before the posted closing time and asking customer to try at home seemed excessive and unwarranted. It left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer who had allocated time specifically to shop at their establishment.The customer representative's response, questioning my understanding of retail, was not only unprofessional but also irrelevant to the situation. It is disappointing to encounter such a lack of customer service, especially when one would expect empathy and clear communication in a retail setting.In any customer-facing role, a degree of patience and courtesy is crucial. Unfortunately, my experience at Under Armour store - Premium Outlets did not reflect these values. I hope that the management addresses such incidents, emphasizing the importance of respectful communication and customer-focused service.This encounter has left me contemplating whether I want to continue supporting a store where customers are treated with such disregard, even during the final hours of operation. I believe that customer service is a fundamental aspect of any successful business, and I hope Under Armour takes steps to ensure a more positive and respectful experience for its customers in the future.

After waiting outside for 20 minutes to be let in, we were greeted with a disaster of a store. Every display was a mess, clothes on the floor in piles and thrown on top of racks. Associates were standing around hovering over their cellphones, others were chatting with each other. Seems like a management issue or lack of care. Either way, not a good experience

The store itself was surprisingly tidy, considering the sheer volume of customers flooding the internationally known brand. The pricing seems surprisingly higher than normal this past visit. I recognise that the Carbon Tax has played a role in this. However, understanding a little bit of the economics of the retail brand, I can honestly blame the company that owns the brand for its ego driven pricing. There was one worker there named Natasha (I think, I might have remembered incorrectly) who saved the day for me. She informed me the store could ship my order for me and I could pick up there. I am a larger than average consumer and my size was not readily available for the products I chose. Natasha had great customer service and equally appreciated advice. If not for her, that store location would have lost me and my purchases. Noone else there even acknowledged my presence. And when I did require assistance, noone else could be found. Would I return to buy from them? Sure. If I could source the same products from someone else for same price, I would highly unlikely ever visit that location again, unless I am in the area.

They don't have much variety, I asked for shoes size 10 and 10.5 they just had 1 color in that. Restvas per them was sold out. A very limited variety.

Terrible customer service. Did not assist me at all while returning my t-shirt I bought a week ago. I only wore it once and the threads started sticking out. They would not take it back even though I had a receipt and the shirt. The attendants were unhelpful and rude. Would not recommend to anyone.

I bought a shoe from this location, and within one months the tread was loosing out, I didn't have my receipt, I brought it back to the store and the manager said I have to contact customer service, when I contacted customer service, they refused to help also, I had to suffer the loss.

One of the clothing brands for those who like to dress casually and be active in everyday life. The store was having a sale when I was there, and there were a lot of people.However, I couldn't find the right size and the staff were quite busy. Recommend no visit during holidays.

Under Armour Factory House is a big showroom selling garments, casual and active wear for men and women. There are many deals and discounts on products and so there's always many people inside the store. But there's no enough staff to handle these many people and so garments are lying here and there.

Went to the store this afternoon to exchange a pair of pants. Was helped at the register by an associate named Patricia. She was rude and had a lot of attitude. She spoke negatively about the store and the lack of staff and hours to another associate while on register.

What a mess! I should have taken some pictures, then you believe what I will say is true. When we walked in the store, this place looked like a robbery just happened. All shoe boxes were opened and thrown on the floor, shoes were everywhere, good luck if you want to find a pair. Clothes racks were totally out of order, half of the clothes were hanging on the rack, another half were on the ground. Walked out right away.

Worst customer experience ever. Will never go to this shop again. Very arrogant staff. There was a cap in the counter which was mistakenly billed. I immediately gone back to the store to fix it. store manager made me to stand in the billing queue again which has 15 people ahead. I explained its not my mistake and why should i wait in the queue. She was not empathetic. If there is a negative star i would have given it;
