Not as busy at night, like it is during the day. This place really NEEDS to keep the floors mopped regularly, especially at the slushie and coffee area

I went in today for a latte because believe it or not they are really good. The place was filthy to the point where I was afraid to put my cup down so I didn't. This was 9:30am and you could tell this place hasn't been cleaned in ages. It would take you 5 mins to spray that area down, it's gonna take you forever now. Yuck

Handy, but pricey ! if it is not busy it is awesome. I think there is too many food products behind the counter being sold to promote fast service at times. i am surew the staff is overworked at times but try their best. it is a very busy store.

There's never any coffee, milkets, u ask for food they won't make it there's never much of the things advertised instore available place looks like a wreck used to come here all the time since 2010 last 3yrs its just getting worse and worse

Management can’t handle simple requests to help out customers. They’re lazy, rude, and should just quit their jobs if they can’t handle customer service. I forgot to add the free drink promotion and they wouldn’t just add the free drink to my order because they’re losers.

Ive been going to this one since 2014 and back then it used to be so much better. Now the quality of everything about it has declined so much. Theres been several times we've dealt with rude customer service from behind the counter or employees that were so mediocre at doing their jobs, the food they serve is at times good while other times we've ordered chicken that was so undercooked or chicken that was so dried out. One time I ordered a taquito only to take a bite into it only minutes after i bought it just to have it be as cold as if I left it in the fridge overnight. I was just there earlier and ordered some food, paid for it just to return home and see that some of the food I paid for wasnt even in the bag.

The last 7 Eleven left In The Hammer?I miss the others since I was little and I don’t live next to here anymore but use to go when I lived on Melvin.Japanese ones need slurpees! Go and tell them to bring them back! Along with more hamilton locations….

Make me wait for food for 30 mins. When i get back there to get the food after 30 mins they said u have to wait another 30 mins, the lady on customer service behaviour was rude.!
