Received an email this morning (SUNDAY) of course their not open. Every other time was a phone call on the same day my money is supposed to be debited by your store manually from my card. All payments are supposed to be debited manually by your store from my card as done in past several years by your company (MANY YEARS AS REPEAT CUSTOMER) Every month it is the same God damn hassle ever since you closed the cambridge store and Hamilton took over! I feel Hamilton store has caused me nothing but issues and I have been a valued and reliable client but they are out to get me and make me look otherwise. Every month I am promised this issue will be fixed and clearly it IS NOT!!! I AM GETTING SO VERY ANNOYED! The money for my payment as been sitting in the account since yesterday around noon. There should be special notes on the account not to try and take the payment until after 12pm. Aarons Hamilton does not know how to follow instructions. It has been nothing but hassles ever since Hamilton took over my account!!!! Every month I get a phone call telling me there's an issue with my payment and every month I have had to explain to (Tina, Ashley, and a few others) that the payment is debited by your store on every 20th of the month manually and I receive a reciept in my email once done. I am getting really sick and tired of your company trying to make me look bad!!! This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WILL BE SPEAKING TO HIGHER UP!

I’ve been with them for almost a year first it was good then when I went to start a new lease recently my dad got put in the icu at the day of the delivery so I made a call to the store and they weren’t happy about it alone I found that was a very bad also to note they are making me wait an whole entire week when I simply told them I’ll only be home for the day I said and if they could try there best to make it that day because I would have to go back to the hospital for the next day for the rest of the week. Lucky I’m still here after that, very upset about this. Might disregard my entire lease.Edit: changing my review to a 5 star as they dis make things right at the end.

it was decently quick a d easy to get a lease on a laptop and low payments per month or week depending on the contact you sign. didn't take more then a week to obtain the machines. I donno about the furniture deals but seems the same type of process. professional help and they worked with a plesent work inviornment. the staff worked dilagently and somewhat at a quick place showing that they know what there are doin to satisfy the customers. if you look on the counter they have brochures for deals. large parking lot shared with other companies like frshco

Super helpful...got my living room set in July went back yesterday and they knew exactly who I was as soon as I walked in
