My Visa was (compromised), stolen. I called and notified every one of my monthly withdrawals 3 weeks in advance and told them that my account and Visa had been stolen via internet. Each and EVERY one of my companies that I pay monthly for was Completely understanding, sympathetic, and delayed payment until I provided new banking information EXCEPT for Access Storage. When I called and told them that my Visa and bank card had been stolen, their immediate response was "did you want to use another credit card?" NO compassion, no sympathy, the response that I received was, " We also pay rent for this location. I don't think our corporate office really cares what excuse you have for not paying rent." I have NEVER missed a payment and this is how I was treated. I IMPLORE ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE that reads this reference to not chose Access Storage!!! I have gone to Green Storage. Their price is $93 a month cheaper and the storage area (10 x 10) and is impeccably clean and technologically advanced. PLEASE don't go to Access Storage. You will be completely in awe with the way they treat customers
