Today I decided to go through the nebo car wash connected to the active green and Ross. One of the pieces of equipment while going through the car wash fell underneath my vehicle. This was a very stressful time for myself as the vehicle I just purchased a couple months ago, Active Green and Ross was very helpful and took my car in right away to get the underneath looked at for any damages. Everyone in the shop was kind and polite. My vehicle was thoroughly inspected and I myself was able to come in and look at the vehicle. If I ever come across troubles with any of my vehicles or up keeps I will definitely be bringing my car back here. I am so thankful for what they did at no cost to myself. Definitely recommend this place for their quick and efficient service during a very stressful time for myself. Once again thank you to everyone at this location!

For a tire specialist place, especially a known trusted brand, I'm actually shocked that they were completely incompetent at what was supposed to be an easy job. Not only did they wasted my time, but they tried to pretend they did a good job and were rude to me when I came back for the 5th time for what should have been just a drop off and pick up situation.Story goes as follows:I went there because 2 of my winter tires were leaking air from around the bead of my steal rims. I explained that they were rusty and I didn't know if they could be repaired, but the gentleman at the counter said it's no problem and they could knock the rust off and reseal the bead, "we do this all the time" he said... I asked them to do all 4 tires because instead of just 2 because all 4 were rusty and I don't want to worry about them leaking this winter.I came to pick up my loose tires, one of the tires was already noticeably not as bouncy as the rest. I chalked that up to they didn't pump it up as much as the rest, gave them the benefit of the doubt.When I was putting the 3rd tire on my car I noticed it had the tread going in the wrong direction. So I put the summer tire w/ rim back on, went back to the shop for the 3rd time to get it flipped. They did that one on the spot and I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes right before they closed.I didn't have any more time that day to swap the last two tires, so at this point I have 2 winters on the front and two summers on the back. Early the next day I drove to Toronto for a job and after only being there for 5-6 hours, one of my tires was almost completely flat (8 psi, from a full 32psi when I put it on only about 18 hours earlier).When I got back home, I swapped the bad tire out for a good one and noticed that one of the loose ones was now flat too. I called them so they could fix their mistake. The guy said "well that could have happened while you were driving, etc. there could be a hole in them now," but I explained that one wasn't even installed and the other I already took off and did a soap and water test again and it's still only leaking from the bead...When I went back for the 4th time, he said "we just did a quick job before and this time we'll put them under the microscope."I came back the next day for the 5th and final time to pick up the new tires.I now have 1 tire that went proper flat and lost the bead completely. 1 tire that leaks air and needs to be pumped up daily. 1 tire that is slowly leaking air and needs to be pumped up weekly and 1 tire that is actually holding air.Looking inside the tire that lost the bead, I can see they didn't even clean the rust off the steel rims, they just threw some black rubber cement type stuff on it and called it a day.I realize now that the first time I picked them up, it was already loosing air, they clearly didn't throw any soapy water on it to see if it was sealed properly. They also didn't even notice it was noticeably not as hard as the rest (and they are tire specialists, you would think they could tell better than me just by handling them, rolling them to my car, etc. but nope.) Not only that, but I came in ready to buy new steel rims and get them replaced because I didn't want to deal with leaking tires and I told them that, but they kept me coming back over and over saying that they fixed them, "they're good to go" they said to me, 4 separate times.It is now clear to me that this shop is hiring amateurs that do not check that their work actually did the job. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I DO NOT recommend this shop, I will NEVER return.

Went to Active Green+Ross for the first time, and based on this experience, I will be a repeat customer! Went with a few things that I thought needed doing, but was told that one service was not necessary until I reached more kms. Their honesty saved me money! So I will be back when my car needs that service in the future! And very satisfied with the work that was done. Thank you.

I don't think they have heard of "torque specs". Spec for my SUV is 105 ft lbs. These lug nuts were tightened to at least 300 ft lbs. I was very lucky they didn't strip the bolts.

Excellent service, and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure your car is taken care of. Yegen is fantastic, along with the other front desk customer service representatives, and the shop team. Thoroughly explained what needed to be done on my car along with detailed pictures. I brought my 2008 Honda Civic to the shop to get it looked at. Thursday of November 16th and I was initially accommodated by one of the managers named “Yegen Reddy”. The said manager was not very accommodating even during our inquiries by not exploring the possible options and dates to book an appointment. Before leaving the car under the shop’s care, we told Yegen that the key fob of the Honda is not working and must be locked manually. Also, we made sure that all the doors were locked before we left the car in their possession.Saturday of this week (November 18), we got a call from “Ray” stating that someone broke into my car as they parked it outside overnight. All of my belongings were scattered outside and all of the compartments were opened and had been looked into.Monday of (November 20), my partner checked the condition of the car and looks like there was no sign of forced entry (clearly they forgot to lock all the doors). Consequently, my partner reached out to the shop and was able to talk to “Yegen” in order to ask about the shop’s protocol and procedure in handling such situations in a calm and respectful manner. My partner, voiced out our concerns since we entrusted our car to the company and was disappointed with what happened. Sadly, instead of de-escalating the issue, Yegen was getting frustrated and raising his voice because of multiple questions asked by my partner and was told to leave the store and wait for his “little investigation”. In addition, prior to this escalation, he was ignoring our concerns as a customer and insisting that it was not their responsibility nor did they report a police report or anything.As a previous customer of Active Green+Ross, I have never experienced such an incompetent and disrespectful customer service.
