The staff are very nice, and the owner provides excellent customer service, handling issues with a genuine smile. Some customers report an extremely strong relationship with the business and go there regularly, finding the atmosphere chill. However, customer service can sometimes be sub-par, with some staff being disrespectful. The store deals with a difficult clientele daily, earning high praise from some for handling this. There are criticisms about marked-up prices, specifically on beer. While generally well-liked, some former local business is missed.
