I had booked a full sized car and when I reached to the office there was more than 10 SUVs parked outside and one full sized car.yet, the person at front desk only offed to give me a downgrade and for $7 difference in price claiming that the one full sized car and all SUVs are dirty. It sounded so hard to be true!From my experience with car rental companies, if there isn't a similar car to what's been booked, you always get an upgrade for the same price or a downgrade for a good deal.It seemed like they didn't wanna go either way. Horrible customer service, never going back there.

Got a car from the airport and it was driving very poorly. Took it to the closest Avis (this one) and the guy said "I can't do anything. Take it back to the airport" then proceeded to help the guy behind us and completely ignore me. I tried to ask if there was any way to verify a different location had a replacement and no response. Asked for the number. No response.

Be cautious. There are other Avis around I would suggest looking elsewhere. The manager will take advantage of you.

Had very unpleasant experience with this branch, I always rent avis worldwide but there is one guy in this branch who I think call himself a supervisor gave me so much hard time when I came to pick up my rental car, so unprofessional and so not welcoming at ll. I left the branch immediately leaving my reservation behind. I feel so sorry for the company that they have got this person to represent them!!

The person at the counter was totally disrespectful and extremely rude right from the first point of contact when I walked into their office. He asked me for 2 pieces of photo id when clearly there is no mention of it in the Avis reservation (mobile app and confirmation email). He said he won't give me the car without it. Next he said I needed to pay CAD 500 as deposit and when I said why this important information isn't mentioned in mobile app or confirmation email, he said I should have read the Terms & Conditions (which generally most of the customers don't read). Why then would you not mention such an important information on the mobile app or email confirmation, right upfront, just like how you mention the date/time/location of the rental car pickup. All of this still wasn't an issue for me but for the lack of basic customer service skills the person at the counter had - he should be sent for basic training on how to talk decently with customers and monitored closely.

Horrible customer service.Website says they close at 2pm, we went at 1:10, the door was locked, the staff member did let us in but said he was closed and had no cars available. The lot had about 15 cars in it and he told us to come back the next morning at 8am. We needed a car then not the next morning! He was not helpful at all. When we asked about other locations he said no come back tomorrow. Ended up renting from a competitor who offered way better customer service and we will not rent from this location again!

If you want to have WORST experience for renting the car this is the place you can. They charge you for thing which they don’t tell to the customers and they don’t look the car properly if there is any dent or something before giving it to you and then once we drop the car they start arguing with you that it’s your there’s a damage it’s your fault , and they even black mail by saying, pay for the damage or we gonna call the cops. The person in the office his name is SOHAIL, make sure if you are renting the car ask the name of their person.ADVICE - Spend $10 more but DONT RENT the car from this location if possible.

Terrible service they would not take my reservation that I made online back in July even though I had the confirmation number. Tried to charge me $100 more than my reservation saying the code I used wasn't working. Then tried to tell me he couldn't contact his boss or their head office to fix the problem. Ended up cancelling my reservation and finding alternative transportation. I do not recommend
