We recently had a new door with side lights and 3 windows installed by Award Windows. After quotes from several companies and a recommendation from a friend, we decided to go with Award. The pricing was competitive and the job was completed within a reasonable time. Jason was good with communication and the two man crew that completed the install was friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The new door and windows look great! Thanks to Jason and the team at Award Windows!

I had some windows installed by Award Windows. Jason was amazing he explained everything perfectly, and the installer’s did a great job, very polite e friendly they worked so hard. I recommend Award Windows and great price too. I’m very happy with my new windows.

We used Jason from Award Windows for 17 windows and 2 patio sliding doors. His suggestions on window types and openings were fantastic! The installers kept our home tidy and were very respectful. Most of all the price was fair! I couldnt be happier with my windows!!!

Jason was very helpful from start to finish. He even came twice during the install to make sure everything was going well. The installation crew was great. They showed up early two days in a row and worked the entire day through very quickly and efficiently. They didn't even stop for breaks or a lunch. The windows and doors installed are amazing and I could not be happier. I would definitely recommend to others.

Finally I found a windows and doors company that exceeded my expectations. They were on time, the installers were polite, definitely knew their business and within 2 days they completed the installation of 6 windows and a patio door. I will definitely will use them again next year to change the rest of the windows on the second floor. By the way their price was very competitive. Quality work and service .In

We had some windows and a patio door installed in June 2022. Jason was great, answered all of our questions and came to the house with samples when requested.The installers were great, very professional and courteous. We asked for a specific cladding pattern and they were able to accommodate our wishes. We have recently ordered some more windows and I am eager to have the whole house finished. I love my new windows. I would recommend Award Windows.

An amazing experience! They did customs windows for my house and the windows were good quality and looked immaculate. They paid attention to all the details. The installers were quick and efficient with getting the work done. I also had them do my mother’s front door and it turned out great. Award Windows recently installed all my windows and doors. I received a few different quotes. Award Windows were competitively priced, not the cheapest or the most expensive. The salesman was very knowledgeable, informative and honest, which ultimately was how I made my purchase decision. The job took two days, and I am incredibly pleased. Overall, I’m very impressed with the professionalism and quality of service provided. I would highly recommend the award.

Thank you for being nice and fixing screen door opening / closing latch on left side of my screen door although 6 month warranty had expired. I’m thankful, it sure makes life easier when people help / support you when something isn’t working regardless of warranty status. Imagine how much better the world could be if people were nice and helped whenever they could

beautiful doors and windows! the guys putting the 2 sliding doors and 4 windows, did it all in one day. they were professional and hard working. and cleaned up before they left.!the sliding doors glide easily and so do the windows. They lock securely as well. Overall we are very impressed with the quality of the products and the workmanship of all involved.

25 years ago, Award Windows replaced many of our windows in Ancaster and we were very impressed with the quality and installation. As a result, when our next house needed new windows, we also ordered them through Award Windows. Unfortunately, the large kitchen window was not done well and in fact, the latch didn’t work and the window couldn’t be locked or unlocked without a great deal of force. Since my husband and I are disabled, the window was not functional. After several calls, the company sent an installer out to take a look. The window needed to be tilted and then shimmed so that the locking latch worked. The installer was very skilled and did an excellent job. Although it took several months to get the latch fixed, it is now working.
