I visited this location on Sunday morning to get some new AirPods when I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Jakob. If you want top notch customer service look no further than this fine young gentleman!! He made my visit easy and efficient. He was attentive, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable of the product. Wow. I haven’t been this pleased with customer service since the pandemic. I am impressed!!👏👏

This Best Buy helped me so much when doing a manufacture warranty. The manufacturer was making it nearly impossible every step of the way and it was great to have a local store helping me navigate the process and be on my side the whole time. Wonderful customer support all around. I’ll be coming back here for any electronic or appliance need!

Had a negative experience involving the hiring process, but am happy to see reasonable people with fair explanations and sincere words of apology. Still wasn't great, but life does happen, and at least those who are in a leadership position know how to admit their mistakes and work to finding a resolution. It is appreciated and demonstrates quality.

So, once again, our kitchen needed a new appliance. With a small 30" opening for a refrigerator, I was looking to maximize my fridge space. I settled on the Frigidaire FFTR2045VS, which offered 20 cu. ft. of space, rather than 18, and a top freezer, rather than the bottom one we had.( That's a story for another time) When I went on line, all of the sites were competitive with pricing, some with free delivery and haul away. Many were out of stock, but Best Buy offered me delivery in two days! The website was easy to use, and the options were clearly laid out. The customer service was excellent when I had a few questions, and the delivery was on time. The two gentlemen who delivered the new fridge were courteous and efficient. The whole operation went without a hitch, and I would recommend ordering from Best Buy any time, based on this experience. Thank you. Jewellery for my kitchen!

Had so many issues getting our ipad connected to cellular data. Austin helped us put the ipad on our bell account. He was AMAZING and helped us through it. That was all great but then when I got home it was not connecting. Went into bell the next day and they were USELESS. They said I had to go back into best buy to get it fixed. Bridget was ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC with so much patience and kindess. Realizing my frustrations from this whole idea she made sure before we left that the ipad was working and that we should have no more problems.
Overall both employees that helped us over the 2 days were so nice and patient with us.

Worked with Jason at Beat Buy Mobile to get 2 new phones with Samsung S24 Ultra. He made it painless to transfer from a business account to a consumer account with Telus, and add a new line. He was super polite and helpful throughout the process, and despite long lines. He clearly explained the plans available with Telus without forcibly upselling anything. In the end getting the phones through here ended up being a better deal than going through Telus directly, especially with the gift card offer.

Just had a great experience at the Stonechurch bestbuy. I went in to get a new headset since my previous one m was in need of retirement. So, I went in and spoke to Kaeshawn and explained what I was in for and some concerns I had due to what happened to my previous headset, I felt he not only went above and beyond in helping me find options that would suit what I was looking for but he had a great attitude the whole time that made the shopping experience worth it.

Hi I was at Hamilton Stone Church location to return a product as I realized it did not meet my needs when I walked in to the store to return associate Samantha greeted with a whole hearted smile and cheerfully guided us to customer service which really made me good and comfortable.
