I bought an electric scooter here that was worth $900 which was $350 off. The battery wouldn’t hold a charge. I went to return the scooter and since I used a PC Bank card, I apparently have to wait 2-3 Business Weeks for the money to appear in my account.

Best Buy is super cool! They have everything—TVs, laptops, and more. The people who work there are really nice and help you find what you need. The store is big and clean, and I always find the best stuff. Best Buy is my favorite place for electronics. Deals could be better though.

Worst customer service experience I had today at this store. Waited for 1.5 hour in the line for phone plan, no professionalism by the employees, knew nothing about the plans….rather taking to each other about their breaks when the customer is sitting in front of them waiting for an answer to the query. Afterwards, went to collect my online parcel and the employee was not even willing to give a bag even after requesting for 3 times. The staff really needs some training before coming on the floor to treat the customers and knowledge about the company’s products

I went in to pick up some ear buds that were on sale on the website. It took probably 10 mins before someone came to help even though they were all standing around collecting a paycheck for nothing. When the sales girl finally came to help I told her that they were on sale and she rudely told me that's an aftermarket seller. I asked her where does it say that she said it's right there in this small text. I felt like I was bothering her by asking for help by the attitude she was giving and when I got a bit irritated by her lack of help she had the odasity to tell me not to take it out on them. This person was neither professional nor courteous towards customers. I guess customer service isn't what it used to be, I will never step foot into to that Best Buy again thanks to their ignorant and lazy staff.

Horrible experience this morning. There should be a zero stars option here. The worst and most arrogant customer service ever. Was about to buy a lap top, but after waiting for 25 minutes and watching all of themm walk buy totally ignoring me i walked out. Even though I tried twice to get someone to help me. Guess it was a cheap section of the lop tops on sale so they didn't bother too much. Dont waste your hard earned money at the place like this

Brought my computer to the Geek Squad last week due to dust build up and overheating issues. I dealt with a young man named Spencer who was very helpful and took care of these Issues. I am very happy with the work that was done to bring my pc up to speed.I highly recommend getting Spencer to look at your pcs.

Recently purchased a trio of appliances.Jorge was able to help me put together a great package and was nothing but helpful and very friendly!Very happy with the delivery as well; I ordered them and the delivery for all 3 was within a week compared to department stores like the Brick and Leons that typically estimate 4 to 6 week delivery.

Today I went to this Best Buy location to drop off some old electronic equipment. I was greeted at the door by Will; he was very friendly and had a genuine desire to help. I had quite a bit of equipment to bring in, so he came out to my car and helped me to bring it all in! I was very impressed with the service, especially considering that I wasn't buying anything. This is why I regularly shop at this Best Buy. My only advice; hire more people like Will!

Since it's become a habit order online, It was after while that I had to visit an electronic store for a quick shopping. Wanted to buy a gaming laptop for my kid. We found what we were looking for in less than 15 minutes but took 30 minutes to wait for a in-store representative to pull the the item out for us. Store wasn't busy there were barely some shopper at that time. Still waiting that long was kinda annoying.

My mom and I went in to get a phone, we encountered multiple issues throughout the purchasing and phone plan process however, Sarah, the mobile team leader, sat through the entire process with us for almost 4 hours. Seriously, she needs a raise. Sarah not only helped us, ran the entire mobile station while helping her coworkers and making sure lined up customers were also being looked after. Did it take awhile? Yes. Did we leave with two properly set up iPhones with phone cases, screen savers and two rather generous gift cards as an apology for the lengthy stay? Yes. My family consistently finds ourselves back as this Best Buy for their good deals, helpful staff ( another honourable mention: Parameet) and consistent quality of service. If you are looking for quality and assurance that you are in good hands, this is your store.

Was looking for 2 new TV’s recently, just moved, did own a Samsung 65” LED TV and a Panasonic 50” Plasma (hydro sucker from 2009). Sold them, so was on the search for some new TV’s. I first tried ordering from Best Buy in the Meadowlands Plaza in Ancaster, ON (much closer where I reside). On this day 08/24/2023 I placed an online order for (1) 50” Sony Bravia Google Smart TV on sale and (1) Insignia 32” TV for the bedroom , for a relatively inexpensive price. Just so happened that the Ancaster outlet for Best Buy didn’t have these particular TV’s in stock. So I ordered them online, used the simple process of ordering and paying online . This store (in Stoney Creek) notified me within about two hours that my order was ready for pickup (via text). I wanted the TV for CFL action this weekend , so I decided to travel out to Stoney Creek outlet (Best Buy) and pick them both up. Went into customer service, showed my verification e-mail of my order, and the young lady spoke on her phone connection to the warehouse/or shipping department. She informed me to just park out front and someone would bring my TV’s out to my hatchback. Wasn’t even 5 minutes and a young lad loaded up both TV’s carefully into my vehicle. Very impressive, all in all it was a good experience shopping at this Best Buy Store today. Thank-You for helping this senior out today, treated with decency, courtesy and respect!
