Great customer service, prompt pick up & delivery, fantastic drivers! We rented a box first then ended up purchasing one (that they also moved for us). Driver, John, always called when ~30min away, very friendly & was able to do our long distance move. 100% recommend this company for moving or storage needs!

Incredible customer service from start to finish, and we can't thank John enough for his patience and kindness while we had issues moving our box and changing our storage options. We had a rough move and he went above and beyond helping us, and even gave us a hand moving furniture into our new home! Would recommend to anyone, thank you John!

All together great and responsive service. From asking questions to booking the empty box drop off and pickup to arranging for the loaded box drop off and pickup, the whole process was seamless. This took a whole lot of stress away from our inter-province move. Would definitely recommend.

I order a bin for my home in smithville Ontario it was $115 delivered and than when I moved to Fonthill Ontario which was less than 25 kilometres more the charged me 375 each way was 800 should have gotten a mover. they said prices went up do your homework plus it was 239 month to store it rip off

Moving from Ontario to Alberta was big thing, I looked into different companies and finally we decided to move with BIGSTEELBOX. The whole experience was amazing from beginning till end, I was being told that it will take 15 days approximately but trust me guys my 20ft container was picked on 29th june and was delivered on 5th July...... of ever I decide to move again my 1st and last choice will be BIGSTEELBOX.

Don’t usually have time for reviews but this company deserves one. Great service, driver who put the box exactly on the spot in the driveway. Pick up and dropped off at new house on time. Highly recommended. Price was good too compared to all others. Will use again.
