Do not rent space here. Awful experience. Thankfully I only stored items here for about five days before they were moved out. They try to upsell you on their locks as if this is not a secured storage - I shouldn't need a 30$ lock. Then the woman made me wait twenty minutes as she signed up another customer even though he offered to let us quickly do the lock exchange as if people have not rented moving equipment and helpers by the hour. She then told me to give them a review because she would receive a commission from it. When I removed my items within the five days, mice were running out of the unit and my bags. They then called me asking to confirm an address, told me id have to come in to change it, sent an electronic form by email unrequested to change it and then just created an invoice for Jan 6th on Dec 22nd thats $72 - I am not keeping the storage past a month and frankly the month I did keep it there I should be refunded for as every experience I've had on the property is just gross. Don't know how a storage unit becomes a slum but congrats, you did it.
