I am pleasantly surprised with the knowledge of the staff in this store. Julia was very helpful with helping us decide what the best raw food would be for our dog that has health issues. She explained everything we needed to know. Rhiannon was also helpful when explaining the importance of 3 different proteins for our dog. This store was recommended by a staff member at our local vet and I'm so glad we went there. I would highly recommend this store!

The owner and her staff are always very helpful and courteous.I like that it is a woman owned franchise and the owner has helped me out numerous times finding healthy biologically appropriate food for not only my old dog but my cats as well. She has no problem spending a bit of time with her customers and getting out her calculator to determine the phosphorus to calcium ratios for those who have to really watch this with their pets.It is a bit of a drive for me but I prefer giving my business to a small business owner.

This is my favorite place ever! I love this shop every experience has been very good. I'm always Greeted by very kind employees who are always very helpful when it comes to any recommendations I may need or I formation about food. I brought my pup in for a self serve bath and it was lovely everything was very clean and easy to use. Like i said I love this place!! Toby loves it too!
