I’ve been trying for months to get security footage from this company for a car accident that I need for legal reasons, and the experience has been terrible. Every time I call, someone promises they’ll “get back to me” and takes down all my information… and then nothing. No follow-up, no updates, no effort to help. I’ve reached out multiple times and I’m still stuck in the same spot. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating, especially when the situation is serious. I would not recommend relying on them for anything important. Not impressed.

Been a longtime Customer since High School f . y . I I'm obviously friends with the Owner's kids daughter . Must have to order their mango drink with udon noodles one of the best all time favourite foods in Hamilton 9 / 10 will come back soon in the future .

Loved the pina colada as its not slushy like. A pool table was $16 per person for us. Music was funny. Went in on a thursday night so it was really empty.

This place was terrible, soon as me and my group entered, security was very hostile. He seemed very bored and looking for some kind of action. While we were going to leave for a smoke they locked the door, I asked to come grab my stuff and they took everything I had on the table, we spent a lot of $ there and I tipped every shot, as a 19 year old it was my first experience in a *bar and it wasn’t a good experience at all, tries being a cop to hard.

Fantastic Billiards Hall. We came here with a group and the place was busy and has a great atmosphere. We only had a 10 minute wait for a table as a walk in so we got to enjoy the bar and couches! Service was great.
