  Terrible Experience – Poor Customer Service!
  
  I visited the Bulk Barn location on January 20, 2025, and I’m honestly shocked by how bad the customer service was. The cashier was incredibly rude and wouldn’t even answer basic questions about the products. I tried to ask her about a few items, but she acted like I was bothering her.
  
  To make matters worse, the honey dispenser wasn’t working, so I approached the store manager for help. Instead of assisting me, he completely ignored my question and walked off to the back of the store without saying a word. I stood there waiting, but he never returned to address the issue.
  
  This location is hands down the worst branch I’ve ever been to. The staff, especially the manager, were unprofessional, and it felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience.
  I won’t be coming back to this Bulk Barn again, and I definitely don’t recommend it to anyone!

  I very rarely buy spices at the grocery store; they are very expensive. BB is great for spice selection and price; I buy spices to make my own spice blend like Italian spice or Cajun spice. Secret Rub is great for beef and make it in bulk for BBQ’ing. Za’atar spice is very expensive in grocery store so I also make my own mixture.

  Most of the time, my visits and purchases go well, but lately bin having an issue with their nuts.. more often than not the mixed salted and usalted nuts. Many of the nuts within a scoopfull are not fresh and are indeed RANCID! This last time I decided I would not buy this item again at this location. My suspicion is that when they receive a new supply and the same item is less than half full in the bin, they add the fresh one and mix it around. Unfortunately, a few rancid nuts spreads its smell and taste to the new batch. One old, rancid nut in a mouthful, ruins the entire mouthful!!
  I’m changing the location of my shopping hoping that this problem is only at this particular location.

  I don’t like there new times they have . You work till 5 , need something for dinner or for some other purpose and they are closed . So sorry they don’t get the traffic so they are rushed off their feet but come on , other people work and their times to stay open now are completely bonkers to put it mildly.

  I made an order online for pick up. Went in to pick it up and they made a mistake on my order and charge me almost $20 more then I order. Then they took there sweet time to fix it. I do pick up order because i am very busy usually during the week. I'm just wondering why they didn't double check the order before I show up. I wasted like 20-30 minutes waiting for them to correct it, with no apology. I only give 2 stars because I love bulkbarn products.

  Purchased an item yesterday. Cashier “put receipt in bag”. Went to return it today and only found the credit card transaction. Store manager refused to process return and would not search for transaction history. Felt like we were being accused to lying.

  I find it frustrating that this store consistently chooses to do inventory on weekends closing the store for one, sometimes two days during the busiest shopping days of the week.
