“A wonderful place- reminiscent of Barton and Lotridge in the 60’s and 70’s where the owner was never far from the shoppe. Lovely, knowledgeable staff and the fresh meat is off the charts!!! From the heritage pork ( a specialty) to the beef, eggs and produce in season. Delicious. The curated spices and other additions make cooking an adventure. My favourite people behind the counter and butcher shoppe. Period. Go there and tell the Joe sent you. .”

“Mixed sandwich, schnitzel on a bun, pepperettes, mini Hungarian sausage, Any style of bacon they make, hot breakfast items, breakfast pizza is a must try if they make it, it's basically impossible to go wrong at Springer's. You will see many of the city's workforce grabbing lunch here. Busy around lunch for the legendary schnitzel on a bun.”
