I dropped off my own wooden board for a charcuterie this thanksgiving weekend… they were insanely busy so i definitely recommend pre-ordering for a holiday like this, staff attitudes were helpful and super friendly!
The board itself; amazing. Worth every penny and then some, it was so beautiful. The meats and cheeses were delicious and high-end feeling. My only real request was no peanuts due to allergy and they did a phenomenal job on the entire thing.
The smell inside the store is enough to make me want to buy each meat in the counter.”

“Mixed sandwich, schnitzel on a bun, pepperettes, mini Hungarian sausage, Any style of bacon they make, hot breakfast items, breakfast pizza is a must try if they make it, it's basically impossible to go wrong at Springer's. You will see many of the city's workforce grabbing lunch here. Busy around lunch for the legendary schnitzel on a bun.”
