“With customer service severely lacking in today's society, the team at Speedy Upper James has restored my faith!!! Booked an appointment within 24 hrs of calling, and the two lovely ladies (Rachel and Amanda) gave 10 star service!!! Even remained professional when another disgusting customer purposefully made a biohazard mess of the facilities, not once but twice. Having a restroom that customers can use is a privilege, staff shouldn't be having to clean up bodily fluids from weird sickos who deliberately urinate all over the floor. It was handled professionally, albeit they shouldn't have had to deal with that. That mess aside, my experience was ahhhmazing and my service was done quickly and professionally!!! Thank you to the entire team and special thanks to the two lovely ladies who made me feel informed and knowledgeable on my installed product and made sure I was more than taken care of. ❤️”
