This guy actually gets NO STARS. The store owner pulled a knife out on me. I know it sounds crazy but its actually 100% TRUE. I couldn't make this up, DON'T GO anywhere near this place. this guy is clearly suffering some PSYCHOtic episode and needs to be heavily medicated. Until he is on a heavy dose of tranquilizers I seriously demand that NO ONE ENTER. Please go to any other store there's plenty of great stores in Jackson square.

This store is downtown Hamilton‘s only sporting goods store, with a wide variety of sporting goods to choose from. Children’s shoes and sporting goods are also available at good prices. Luggage and headphones are also available. Keith is an excellent store owner who provides excellent service.

AMAZING!! customer service.. store is always clean and neat- easy to walk around to find what you are looking for. PLUS size brand name athletic wear, of course regular sizes too but hard to find plus size adidas wear in bottoms and tops- there are hats, handbags, lots of "gym" bags- back to school back packs- touques - yes they have all sorts of bags- from evening to the everyday purse, messenger bags, sport duffles- lunch bags, ohhh a huge selection of leather gloves and quality briefcases. Pop into Jackson Square- right by the theatres close to the food court- you will NOT find customer service like this anywhere.. but 1950 -

The website charged me 1$ for shipping (within Ontario), but the seller requested an additional 11.56$ through PayPal before shipping, blaming the online system.
The product (Adidas shoe care kit) was shipped quicked, but when I opened, it turned out was already used and official label was detached.
Overall a terrible purchasing experience. They don't offer any returns/refund option.
I should have figured that out from the look (very web 1.0), but this website is basically a scam and I suppose so it's their store in Hamilton.
