Comfort Inn Hamilton is a small, decent quality hotel that provides a fine experience for both local tradespeople and family trips. The hotel offers ground floor walk-in rooms as well as upper floor classic hotel rooms. Many guests were pleasantly surprised, finding their rooms completely updated, spotless, and clean without any musty smells. The customer service is consistently highlighted as exceptional, with staff described as friendly, helpful, courteous, kind, and eager to assist. The complimentary continental breakfast is considered decent and quite diverse, always being replenished. For added convenience, microwavable dinners are sold in the lobby. The location is close to the highway and offers excellent walkability, with lots of restaurants and anything you could want within walking distance. While some note the rooms are smaller and the building is older, the recent renovations are appreciated. A few guests mention that walls can be thin, allowing noise from hallways and neighboring rooms to be heard. Overall, most guests had a great experience and would highly recommend this cozy hotel.
