Costco at Stoney Creek is a great addition to the area. It's a bit far from Hamilton's core, but the spacious warehouse and calmer atmosphere make up for it. It was the closest Costco with the appliance I needed, and the staff were incredibly helpful and energetic. Unlike busier locations, this Costco feels more relaxed, making for a pleasant shopping experience. Plus, the in-warehouse price was much better than online. The only downside is the distance from my place, so I can't visit as often as I'd like.

The self checkout staff needs to back off. I go to self check out so I don’t have to talk to anybody.. I really don’t want or need anyone inserting themselves into my checkout for no reason, scanning my groceries. I understand they’re trying to be helpful, But if I didn’t ask for it, I don’t want it.

Shop here frequently for all ages in my family from New Baby too adults 3 teens from household products furniture seasonal indoor outdoor clean friendly staff also get my Gas ⛽️

Went there with my family, and while my toddler was having an upset moment, one of their employees thought that was an appropriate time to walk up and tell me my kid had to stay sitting in the cart. Thanks Glenn, really didn't need that "helpful" advice.
