Dave has just finished painting our condo. We are a repeat customer and are every bit has happy with his work as we were the first time. As has been mentioned in numerous reviews Dave truly is prompt, personable and professional. The quality of his work is second to none. As we live in a condo it is imperative that contractors respect the building rules and regulations. Dave respects and works within the confines of these rules. When Dave completes the job you truly feel you are saying goodbye to a friend. Unfortunately, Dave completed some very sloppy work at my home. Brand new trim (not primed) that was not painted to the floor, corners of the trim not painted, lots of paint drips on new doors, poor patching, not covering nail holes but just painting over them and getting paint on door handles and hinges. Despite using drop clothes, he got paint in numerous spots on my brand new floor and it soaked in. He did come back to my home to remedy some of his errors but the damage to my new flooring is permanent.Service: Interior painting

I had a very ugly deck and stairs. I gave Dave a call and arranged a time for him to view and estimate the job. He came right on time told me when to expect the written quote. He also showed me his business licence and insurance. His quote was well written and explained the time line. We had to depend on the weather as it was outdoor work. The weather co-operated and Dave followed through with everything. We had great communicatiins through the whole process. Below are before and after pics. I have gotten so many compliments on what a difference the stain made. Dave power washed everything including my walls a few days before and then worked 2 more days for 2 coats of stain. I would highly recommend Dave for your paint job! Thank you Dave!

Dave is the best painter! I have used him a couple of times and will continue to use him. I have used others in the past and they don’t even come close to his service and quality. He is so fast, reliable and cleans up which is so different from contractors in general. He is also polite, and just a nice person that is stress free to have in my home. These Covid times are beyond stressful so I appreciate that I can call him when I need his painting services and don’t have to worry about anything.
