I like the service and it's easy to use, however, they do not update tv shows or movies. There are plenty of shows that have all the episodes out and they are still not loaded. Same with movies, there are at least 5 movies I know of that are literally out and they still have the cam version.

Customer service isn’t the best if ur trying to call them. It’s best to email or go in person. Services was down a few times. However in the end they made it right.

Terrible service. Don’t return calls or e-mails. Don’t answer the phone. If you go in person, that’s the only way to get service.

So the portal has not been working for about a few days now apparently they're trying to fix it but the fact that it's been like this for almost a week is absolutely pathetic If I'm paying $20 a month for this

The worst service ever. Poor customer service, never answers the phone, or calls back. And they won't even reimburse you for any time lost on your monthly or yearly subscription. They don't know how to do business.

Updated: the staff have been working with us to update and improve things - so much better, hopeful that the newest update will solve it. The picture even looks better!ThanksTerrible. Four days without tv. Wouldn't reccomed it to anyone. Sadly I was told a good product but have found out the hard way.Impossible to get in touch with them, phone calls and emails not answered. Heard so many good things about IPTV apparently this service is NOT the place to get it!

Pretty bad u send e transfer day before iptv expires and they receive come home from work and box expired nice enought people but was told tranfer goes right to computer so box stays on this isbt first time and been doing business with them lot years but sadly time to move on

Terrible place. Service is terrible never answer the phones, Don't return calls or emails. Hours are terrible. Went there at 11am as posted! waited till 11:45 finally left. Find a better provider!
