Great staff at the Rymal road location in Hamilton. Picked up my rental at 7:30 am and they were laughing and smiling and had great energy. Would highly recommend this location and this staff to my family and friends!

Had to get a rental for a couple weeks due to a major repair required on my vehicle. The manager Eloho Orogun, took exceptionally good care of me and helped me out immensely. I really appreciate the help and excellent customer service. Thanks for everything. I was referred to Eloho by Zachariah Houghron. Zack deals with Truck rentals.

They were the nicest people to deal with. They were so busy, but didn't rush you and took their time to make sure you were happy. I was a little concerned with the car they gave me, and they quickly got me a new car that would make me comfortable. I wish I could remember his name, but he was the manager at the office. When I returned the car, it was easy and I paid exactly what I was quoted! Highly recommend these guys if you are ever in need of a rental.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and the experience was fantastic! They provided me with a brand-new Kia Sportage, which was not only in excellent condition but also a joy to drive. The entire process, from booking to pick-up and return, was smooth and hassle-free. I live in a remote area....and they were able to pick me up to get a car after my accident.....and I am very grateful that they allowed me to continue renting at a discounted rate for a longer period....it allowed me stress-free time to keep medical appointments....and look for a new vehicle after my accident....They also dropped me off to take possession of my new ride....
