The staff were very nice and worked quickly to assist with my rental. As it related to an insurance claim I had a rental for a fairly long period, and after about 2 to 3 weeks there was unfortunately a nearly flat tire. This occurred abruptly and close to their closing time, and they were able to arrange for a replacement rental vehicle. Thank you! I also had just very recently put gas in the tank of the returned vehicle, and they worked with me in providing a gas credit, of sorts. Great service!

Booked online just 1 hour earlier to my arrival, so I was grateful that they still had a suitable vehicle for me when I arrived.
Enterprise staff are always top-notch, but Michael is the real gem. He took his time to
explain about the vehicle and was patient and accommodating when I had to nip over to another store in the mall.
Upon return, my check-in was with Michael also! He even ran and found me after I left something in the car. Love it!
