I've been using this company's services for many years. I've also read the bad reviews here. 1 question I'd have for all those that trash this business or these people, Have you ever made an error on your job? Exactly, there's not a person alive that don't make errors. We're all at fault. Having said that, I recommend these people and their great services.

Great place to get taxes done, quick and efficient. Very polite and conversational, always busy but willing to take walk ins. Receptionists are friendly and always pleasant. Making an appointment is much easier and saves waiting. Have been coming here 15 yrs plus and wouldn't change a thing.

If you are looking to get your taxes done quickly and pay the $45, this is the place. Miro will key in your information within 5 minutes and send you out the door. Sometimes he's out of his office before you can even get out of your seat. I'm not kidding. I am not impressed with his customer service.BUT, if you are looking for additional help, go see a chartered accountant. Yes you will pay more but he may give you better ways to get a better return from CRA.

Terrible experience. They put the wrong slips on the wrong year, cost us 17K in back payments. Would not talk to us or admit fault. They herd people thru like cattle to make as much money as possible. Miroslaw is a coward for not owning up to their error. Avoid this place at all cost!!!!

I was told to come here. This is my second year and will never go back. First year started off good. Got a nice return. I have a few t4s and such things so I have some extra stuff to put in. Got reassessment 2 years now. They screwed up my wife's so bad as well. Now we are having a rough time dealing with this. Don't go here. Save yourself the headache.

I love this place but very disappointed in the cost now I rem when I started with this company 10 tears ago 29.99 I have the photo still and now 44 and if I do my car it's a separate cost like 100 it's crazy smh and it's not like the service changed

Brought my mom's taxes here to do they they screwed up on her taxes. Went back to get help he wouldn't even look at it. Will never go back will do it myself.
