I got cupcakes from Fortinos and they were so fresh and delicious! The frosting was creamy and not too sweet, and the cake was super soft and moist. They also looked beautiful and perfect for parties or a small treat. Definitely recommend if you want good-quality bakery cupcakes without any stress!

Went shopping Nov 25, 2025 around 5:45pm cashier with big hair blatantly on his phone cashier closest to the sandwich section.. just on his phone without a care in the world ignoring customers.. how is this acceptable? I’ve gone through his line once, he’s got terrible customer service. This is a reflection of management.

This is my go to Fortinos. The only thing that keeps me away from here at busy times of day is the parking I find it difficult and cramped. Otherwise the store has great hot meal options. An amazing Bakery. And an extensive meat department that are important for me. Some grocery items are a bit more expensive but the sales are great.

I tried calling for the seafood department,waited for over five mins before being transferred , I'm on hold still over 7 mins now , if this is proper service it's horrible, and the staff that answered were rude and abrupt while transferring you , ,, so still waiting no one has responded, over 10 mins unreal service, shame fortinos mall Rd

This fortinos needs to stock more Canadian made produced products and produce. Too many things are labeled as Canadian and are from the USA. Loblaws needs to do better.
