Terrible customer service. Theres a lot of new faces but no people on the floor willing to help? I came with my son for a shirt, the prices were expensive. The cashiers werent doing their jobs. I asked a couple of workers for help with discount deals, to which I was ignored.

One online return was all this store had to do. I made sure to get there first thing Saturday morning as I was on the way to work to return one shirt. But instead, the kids working there didn’t want to deal with it and passed me off to another store. So, two phone calls to customer support, and 2 separate visits to different malls to get the task done… never shopping at this store again.
