The pharmacy staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly - they always put a smile on my face. I’m always able to find everything because the store is tidy and clean. More specifically, I interacted with Pharmacist Alyaa who was very professional and helped me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy!

Don’t go here. I showed up today to purchase a 150-200 ankle brace and they would not allow me to try it on. I said I wouldn’t spend $150-200 on a brace I couldn’t try on. The lady told me to go home and get a sock, but who wears a sock under an ankle brace? Don’t waste your time here.

This review isnt about the Pharmacy. Its the Home Health Part. Communication is Very Much Lacking. Customer Service Needs Work. Extremely Rude ! I wasted 6 months "chasing" wondering where my order for compression socks were. No one knows what is going on. Just excuses and Passing the buck. I gave up. I now need to go back to my Doctor and get a new RX and start all over again. I woundnt come back here If You Paid me .

They helped me find an AFO brace for MS foot drop. Staff was very knowledgeable and from ordering to when it arrived was super quick. This is a definite go to place

Since the new people took over it has not been the same. Kyle was great explained things and called when your meds were ready. We’ll totally opposite for the new people who took over. The delivery people they hired are very rude to. I will be looking to transfer my stuff to a new pharmacy.

I was met with a very compassionate team at Hauser’s Pharmacy today. I am usually very strong however today my pain was unbearable and I broke down. The pharmacist was especially kind and compassionate and assisted me in finding a solution to my pain. I’ve suffered for months. Today is the first day I have managed to be pain free in more than 7 months. I am so grateful to the team at Hausers for their quick response, their kindness, professionalism, compassion and giving me hope in humanity again because they really proved to me that there are truly good people among us. Thank you so much!!! Please know that you are truly appreciated.

We have been very happy with Hausers since we switched over there last Christmas. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The pharmacist is the nicest and most helpful we have ever had. I think his name is Kyle. I would recommend this drug store to anyone!

Even though their operation hours are not as long as big chain pharmacies, Hauser’s has always been incredibly helpful and the level of service is always outstanding. The staff is always happy to help on the phone or in person.

As a result of the ongoing pandemic, it was mandatory that I get the appropriate vaccines, respective booster shots, and COVID-19 tests for work- and school-related purposes. I had booked and gone to appointments at various pharmacies over the course of the pandemic, but I had experienced the best overall service when I visited Hauser’s Pharmacy and Home Healthcare. In particular, Ben had assisted me through the booking process and I immediately took note of his politeness and professionalism. He was very informative and answered all my questions thoroughly when I met him in person. I will definitely be visiting Hauser’s Pharmacy again due to great service from Ben. Thank you!

After meeting with Ben the first time I visited, I find myself coming back to this location because of the great service! I’ve recently noticed that Ben works in both the pharmacy and home care section, what a hard worker. He’s been more than happy to answer my questions and is always a pleasure to meet! You’ve got a keeper on your hands! I hope this lovely man gets the recognition he deserves for his work.

My friend and I went to the pharmacy to ask for directions and not really get anything, and despite not actually buying anything myself, the guy there (Ben?) was really helpful! The people there seem to be nice and helpful

Wanted a Rapid Test kit and I called this Pharmacy about them.Actually had them on hand and were extremely friendly when I came by to grab a kit.Would definitely recommend people here for any pharmaceutical needs!5/5

Service was friendly. I went to get my Moderna booster shot. They offer both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines and you can easily book online. I received an email confirming my appointment. Their home health section is very large and there’s a lot of selection of home health equipment and aids to choose from.
