My experience at this pharmacy has been nothing short of exceptional. I am from Mississauga and was referred to this pharmacy as they were able to compound a specific mixture for my grandmother who has a troubling skin condition. The staff were terrific, and even better, the turn around time for this custom medication was one day. They direct billed her insurance, zero headaches. If I could leave 6 stars I would! Thank you George and the team for helping my grandma!

They fill scripts very quickly, and you don't have to give them several days notice like with Shoppers! They also do delivery!

It’s a hassle with this pharmacy. Delivery never on time and guy is rude. The guy who works there is rude and can use aggressive tone. We wanted to talk to manager/owner but he won’t let us. Learn customer service because there are tons of pharmacies around. Was very upset with the rude attitude.

I cannot say enough about how kind these people are that work at this pharmacy! They have rushed orders for me, knowing how much pain I was in. They truly care about their customers, unlike the large "regular" pharmacy that I have used in the past.

I couldn’t possibly say enough great things about this pharmacy and the wonderful people who work there.We were travelling and had run out of my daughters prescription. We went to a pharmacy to have it refilled but they were unable to make it and suggested two places nearby. We tried the closest one to us to find out it was closed. We then phoned Hess Village Pharmacy to find out they closed in 30 minutes, I explained our situation asking if it was possible to do before they closed. The woman I spoke to was incredibly kind and helpful (we needed to request a transfer from our home pharmacy which can take anywhere from 30 minutes to hours and hours depending on that pharmacy). She said she would try her best and was eager to help. I phoned our home pharmacy (they weren’t as kind) and asked if they could do the transfer quickly. HVP called me back and said they would make it happen and to come to the pharmacy to pick it up. I arrived at the pharmacy and a sweet man greeted me, he said he hoped I didn’t have trouble finding them (!!). He was concerned about me, when they were the ones who were helping me and who were now at work later than they were meant to be. I couldn’t get over it. These people stayed late solely to help me out, and were extremely kind to top it off.Because of them my daughter didn’t have to go without her medication and this mom could not be more appreciative of them.I highly suggest this pharmacy. You won’t be disappointed ☺️

Fantastic pharmacy. They went out of their way to get a prescription to me after they realized there would be a delay from the usual supplier. Went above and beyond to ensure I got it in time. Highly recommend!
