I bought my Honda Civic 2024 from here back in January and it was a great experience! Everyone was very friendly! The ladies in the collision centre were also so helpful and lovely to be around. Highly recommend!

Scheduled oil change 2pm. Took over 2hrs to get van back. As I was paying....the cashier told me they didn't even change the oil filter as it was still good. Yet the oil going through the filter wasn't? Can you believe that? I'm so glad I won't deal with them again. On the up side...I save $50 on a $10 part they didn't change. Is that an up side. Hey image Honda owner....do that to your car do ya....I didnt think so

We get our oil change here for the last 3 years. Have never had any issues. Staff is super friendly and the work is done efficiently.

In order to make our final decision to buy a Honda Civic or Accord, we went to this dealership last week. Although the sales person did a good job to their extend, and we were about to make an offer, General Sales manager's behavior, obvious lies and aggression, made us to change our mind and leave the store. If you are considering to purchase a car from them, be ready to hear a comparison of buying milk with buying a car as "If I am buying a pack of milk for X dollars today, and it goes on sale the next day, I won't be able to get it for cheaper price" which is obviously an incomparable example and shows their unprofessionally... Why not any high ticket item from any retailer, that sounds like more comparable than grocery shopping!... This is just one example of the lies we heard from them that day...

We got cheated from this place for taking our money.
I won’t recommend this place for pre booking.
Me and my husband went there for enquiring their new EV. They asked us to pay a huge amount of $1000 for a car which wasn’t even there or the market to see so we have no idea about the car. Since it was a huge money I was nervous to pay that money so I kept asking the salesperson about the refund and he said this money is for getting a preference only if you decide to buy and it will be refunded if you didn’t buy the car and I still remember how many times I asked this question to make sure about the refund. Because of trusted name of the HONDA we payed the money
When we changed our mind to buy the car we send the email that we want to cancel our name from the preference and we haven’t heard anything from them so he went to the place to get the refund but they forced him to buy the car which we can’t. It’s been a month now they haven’t even returned our money yet.
This is my personal experience from this place so please don’t get cheated from here who works under popular brand.

Will never step foot in this dealership again. The run around to get my previous loan paid off and the amount I was finally paid back was short. Dealership is not honest. Poor, poor experience dealing with business office and management.

I would not recommend this place. I was advised to bring my car here after an accident by my insurance company to fix front end damage. After picking it up the A/C was not working -which means it wasnt checked prior to releasing it to me. I took it back, they apologized and fixed it. I then took my car to an alternate mechanic for an oil change when he advised that the dragging sound that I was hearing under the car was due to faulty work done by Image Honda not screwing in the bumper correctly . I gave Image Honda the oppurtunity to rectify the situation but instead they accused me of driving up on a curb! Dont waste your time with this company. Keep in mind this was a service I did not have to pay for -yet I would never return . After speaking with my insurance company , another mechanic will be reviewing the damage /and work done by Image Honda and they will re-consider their alliance with this company.

I had a great experience at image Honda for my car repair I bought my car from sterling Honda but I didn’t like there service much as compared to image Honda staff is so nice .my car was hit by someone I went image Honda for estimate it was smooth process Stacy was very nice Tara was helpful as well really glad I choose image Honda for my car repair

I would not recommend this place for service and maintenance.
I was there last time for oil change and AC repair around in April 2024. I thought everything is good and done perfectly but after 4 months, recently I visited my mechanic for oil change again in August 2024 and we found that splash shield underneath of my car which need to be remove for oil change is not there, holders were damaged as well and all screws were missing as well. I took it easy thinking things happen and called them for better response and help.
1st call response from customer service: This is normal it might get off during driving and it is okay to drive without splash shield, won’t going to harm anything to your car. I can not help you with that but can talk to my manager when he will be back from his vacation and will give you call back on Tuesday.
I wait till Thursday, did not get a call back from them. So. I called them again and explain the whole situation and after that they transfer my call to manager. This is what manager told me,” It might fall down during driving, if there is anything that our technician forgot to put it back or anything left in service shop I will get informed and we try to track it down but it never come to me and it is 1st time I had this kind of issue but as we do not have any part roaming in our shop I can not do anything for you, sorry.
I felt their response was so rude. They do not want to take it on them and on their technicians. They are just trying to save themselves from it instead of solving it for their customer. Even, manager did not even take time to ask their technicians if they have had came through any part for my car or anything they might know about it. How come someone do not know about it if their splash cover falls off during driving it is not possible that all screws were loose and all of them just came out together and even if that happen by any chance that means they did not fix it perfectly.
Now that $80 oil change will cost me around $300 for that new splash cover.

the service department are brutal, i have a recall on my crv fuel pump they tried to charge me 600 dollars for a part but they did not even check to see that my crv is still coverd by the bumper to bumper warranty, and charged me 160 dollar fee for the diagnostic of the car which is covered under warranty, i still have not got any response from them for a refund, avoid these guys like the plague

Well where to start!!!
I brought a used 2014 CRV from Image Honda and have not looked back!!!
I do my own maintenance as i am a technician and that said i have never felt out of place when i go to the parts department, Don always helps and REALLY goes out of his way with telling me fluid levels and advice on what parts i need!!
If anyone is looking for a Honda check Image Honda out, i did and this dealership is my go to place!??
