This was my first visit to Jiffy Lube and I can't say enough about the genuine professionalism of all the staff I encountered today. It was a breath of fresh air to NOT be upsold on services that weren't necessary! The staff were extremely pleasant and quite efficient as I was in and out in a matter of minutes. The coupon for a free car wash was an expected bonus! I would highly recommend this location!!

Jiffy lube or Mr lube are not your friends!! I don’t know why people keep going to these shops like the oil is any good. Think of going to a store and seeing an orange juice bottle, and on that bottle it says 99.9% orange juice. But really you know it’s not, the same goes for their synthetic oil, it’s not actually synthetic even though they say it is. The oil in general over there is garbage and after opening my engine and seeing all the carbon build up, I will definitely never be going back here ever again!!!!

I came in for a ROUTINE oil change and was surprised by how poorly I was treated when paying. I used cash, but instead of simply accepting it, the employee argued with me about their “preference” for card payments. This kind of interaction is not what customers expect.
I did receive an apology from customer service, but no real effort was made to restore my confidence as a customer. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and responds with steps to improve professionalism at this location.

Havent been here for over a decade, but came back as i refuse to go to economy lube after they messed up my brake job and gave me a hard time when i asked for them to fix/refund.
This experience was good, only took 10 minutes, the two guys that helped me were both professional and polite, answered my questions, got a 10$ discount and a free car wash and unlike economy lube i didnt have grease and oip all over my hood and windshield. These guys actually do a good job!
Car running great after, and also its a much cleaner and more organized shop than competitors
I will return. Thanks guys

I have been going for oil changes at Jiffy Lube on limeridge road east!
I have enjoyed the friendly staff trying to please the costumer, but the best thing I enjoyed is how quickly they try to get the job done!

This team in Hamilton has superior staff. There is consistency in customer service and quality of work. The best thing is that jiffy lube gives me the confidence to drive my old beast a thousand kilometers a week. Never a worry or problem with my vehicle.
One other thing. The staff seem to have a vast knowledge of service, and vast knowledge of the vehicle.
I have been coming here for a decade and have never had an issue. My love for jiffy lube is only exceeded by my hate of my dealership.

They don’t service Canadian engines which is crazy to me because we are in Canada you would think they would have a system that could do it.

Our experience was excellent! We were so pleased with how fast and courteous the service was. But more than that, the quality of work because they were able to locate and change the interior air filter unlike some others. Definitely great value. Would highly recommend them!

They told me iam getting synthetic oil and it is for 12000km when they Give me the sticker it shows only 8000 km I ask why they didn’t give me a reasonable answer . They lied to me I will never go back again I paid $120 for 8000 instead of 12000 which I was told that what I was getting . Horrible customer service ripoff.
