Never take ur car to their service department u will get ripped off.Brought my wife's dodge journey to them almost 4 months ago because it was getting full power but wouldn't start. They changed my battery over without even contacting me about, which if they did I would have told them no the battery is only 8 months old & still under warranty but they didn't & charged me off $600.3 days later car is doing the same thing again so I brought it back in, they now say oh it's ur Abs module we can order u one but will take 2-3 weeks. We end up having to wait 3 months for it well paying well over $2000 in rentals the whole time. They finally get the abs module done go to pick up the car they charge me another $750 & what do u know still doing the same thing in their parking lot. I leave the car with them the next day they tell me the new battery they gave me just needed a really good charging pretty much all good to go. Get the car home the next morning the car is doing the same thing again. Now they say it's the main ground wire. So I end up paying over $1500 & over $2000 in rentals for them to fix my ground wires

I don't even want to give a 1 star, if I could I'd give a big fat ZERO star. This place has had my dodge to fix in the last 2 and a half months 2x times now. My car won't start, they say it's the battery they order a new one and replace it I get it home and not even 5 days later it's doing the same thing. I have it towed back to find out I need a new aB modular it takes 2 months to get it because they say they are back ordered and then say it was recalled then they find out that u can infact get an after market one. So it finally comes in they "fix" it. My husband goes to start it and guess what it doesn't start. They say leave it with us and it will get looked at in the morning. Did they even look at it? Or just boost it? Who knows, they pay for my husband to get there in an uber and sure enough it starts. It sits over night and it won't start. Wth is going on. We have paid 1000's of dollars for a rental and to have my car fixed twice and paid for parts we didn't even need. Oh and when u ask to speak to a manager you get the run around. This is absolutely insane. They are supposed to be a dodge dealership that knows these cars and we are getting ripped off. How do I get in touch with head office?? I think I'm calling a lawyer. This place is garbage.

I have given this place so many opportunities, been very kind and patient.I do not recommend this place at all, the finance department can't get the paperwork right, from when I bought it 3 years ago to today just trying to find out my warranty.Every time it's a hassle and a waste of my time, after years they still can't get the paperwork on the computer right.After an oil change its a twenty minute wait to figure the paperwork before I leave.I've been going to the one at 1600 Main St East. If I have any problems, I pay out of pocket, they are excellent there and the second time i went they had me on file and even recognized me. They go above and beyond. I deal with Ray, he is awesome and has helped me greatly.

I had the pleasure of having a nice friendly lady tend to me for my service appointment! Her name was Ashley, and gave me the best service I've ever had being at that dealership...she was very helpful, honest and nice to chat with! Definitely felt comfortable and hope to have her again! Keep up the good work!Today I was pleasantly surprised with the gentleman named Brandon who tended to me! He was extremely friendly and easy going. Took care of all my needs and didn't push the stuff I didn't need. Gave fantastic recommendations, definitely going to keep coming here! They treat everyone with so much respect! Thanks Brandon, you're doing an amazing job! Happy customer once again!!!

Had an appointment booked for a tire change with valet service at 10am. waited until 11am, no valet, so I called and they said the valet was late and would only be 45 minutes so I wait and it’s about noon now and I called back because no valet and they said that there was a mix up an my car wasn’t in the system to get picked up so I had to reschedule to a week later. Come that week I have the pick-up at 10am, they take the car at 10:30am and I wait until about 2pm, and my car has not been returned. I called the service desk and my car hadn’t even been taken in for service. i had to work so they offered a customer shuttle to come pick me up so I could get my car. I get to the dealership to grab my car and they had taken it into the shop and it was around 3:10pm at this point and I had to go to work in 20 minutes so I waited and thankfully my car was finished at 3:30pm exactly. After the service they mentioned that I should remove the hud caps on my vehicle because it made their job of swapping my tires (no rims) more difficult. ( this was never an issue with my previous deleaship). A day later I notice a whole chunk of my hud cap was gone and my hud caps were not always in the best shape but I never had a whole chunk missing. Hud caps are so expensive and as a student I can’t afford to replace them.

I was in need of a car, and went to the Dealership and met Kyle Reimer. He was great - he was patient and showed me quite a few vehicles in my budget. I took a few different vehicles out on test drives - and he was quite happy to answer all of my questions to ensure that I found a vehicle that was right for me. With his help I found the perfect car, the cost was exactly what I wanted to pay, with zero pressure. He followed up after I picked up the car to ensure I was happy, and has since been in touch. I will definitely return to Johnston Chrysler for any future purchases, and have already recommended Kyle as my go-to for anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you Kyle for such a pleasant experience!

Recently I had occasion to visit Johnston Motors looking for a car. I have dealt with Johnston Motors since 1995 and I have never had a comlaint. Frank Chrysler came out to see if he could help me. I explained my dilemma. My vehicle had been in an accident and I needed a vehicle right away. He didn't have a suitable one on the lot so he said he would search for one. Each time he found something suitabe he would text me or send me a video. After a few days searching he sent me a picture of one that met my needs. He had it brought in and it was perfect.If not for his diligence to find what I needed I would have to go from lot to lot to find one. He kept me updated almost every day. Frank is very reliable, caring, and helpful. He knows what he's doing and he does it well.If you are looking for a vehicle go see Frank Chrysler at Johnston motors on Upper James and Stone Church. My mother-in-law and I both purchased our new rams from Johnston ChryslerMy mother in-law got hers first. my son who is (3) unfortunately had to go with her to the appointments, Frank and Marko were beyond understanding and took the time to make friends with my son. This in itself made the purchase of our first vehicle that much more enjoyable.I then decided to purchase my Ram after hearing about her amazing experience.I then also dealt with Marko and Frank for my truck and they did everything to get me in the truck I desired.I truly can't say enough about these 2 gentleman as they made this process so easy and convenient thank you for everything.Highly recommend visiting Johnston Chrysler for your next vehicle!!!

I would highly recommend Johnston Chrysler to any recent graduate, or anyone in general looking to purchase a preowned vehicle. Frank Chrysler really helped me out with getting my 2016 Chrysler 200 and really went above and beyond to make sure the car was in great condition and made all the paperwork very simple and straightforward. Andrew from finance was great to work with as well. Extremely trustworthy dealer, very transparent and great service.

We had a wonderful experience buying our vehicle here! Our sales person helped us with all our questions and followed up with all our questions. I will definitely visit there again. The only issue we had was after the purchase we had a difficult time reaching the finance department to have a question answered. I'll keep at 5 stars as everything else went smoothly and we were treated very good!

We recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee Altitude 4x4 and were incredibly impressed with the whole process. Cheryl Thibodeau was our Sales Consultant and she was friendly, courteous and most importantly listened to us.
