I've ordered online for in store pick up several times and have the staff has always been super friendly. I went into your Limeridge store and Tim was the absolute best! He saved me from a day of hunting for the impossible find, the perfect gift for my daughter. The other young lady at cash was also super nice. All around great experience!! Thanks again to Tim!! (He deserves a raise!!)

Most underrated shoe store in my opinion. A super fed dog and helpful lady helped me pick out a couple of pairs of shoes in an appropriate size and even what socks to style them with. I wore them out of the store and had the best day ever. Best customer service I have had in any retail store in quite a while :)

Bought a pair of shoes here in May, and had to return them via mail because the Hamilton store said they didn't accept returns, which seems unusual. The return was confirmed, but it's now September and I'm still asking customer service for the refund they said was coming in the mail. I have contacted customer service four times. Each time they tell me they will respond in 5 to 7 business days, but they don't. This place seems really unprofessional and unable to handle basic customer service tasks.

Love the other staff there but I came into with my daughter to buy socks for myself and was greeted by one of the employees. She suggested a pair of socks which was fine but continued to stand and stare at me while I looked at the other pairs not taking her eyes off of me even though there others in the store they could have helped. I usually go there to purchase shoes for myself and my daughter and I have no reason to shoplift so I don't know if I'll be going back again.

Visited the store. 3 women were working. Not one of them addressed us upon entry of the store or asked if we needed help with sizing as we were browsing. They kept talking amongst each other. We left and purchased the shoes from foot locker instead.

I usually dread going to shoe stores, but my experience here made me feel a lot better. I wasn't able to get the name of the employee who helped me but she was really sweet and helpful, she also cashed me out and the cashier number is 671043 , thank you so much for helping me find my essential art school docs lol give this girl the recognition she deserves, she made my experience 1000/10

I was shopping here a couple weeks ago with my two kids, Tim was amazing. Helped both the kids find new shoes for back to school. Another employee (sorry I didn’t catch her name!) helped them find matching socks, which was a great distraction for my youngest so we could help my oldest find her perfect pair. Great customer service, thanks again!

I had such a fun experience here recently! Staff were relatable and easy to chat with, very supportive and insightful, and also competent and helpful. Sale products were marked super clearly, so no guess work about prices. Feeling confident about my purchases and recommending this place to friends!

UPDATE: March 2023: This store is back to being the best journeys! I came back and was helped by Mary who is the kindest girl around! She brought me so many shoes and she was so sweet and complimented me so much! She even recommended great socks! Thanks for the help!THIS IS FROM BEFORE (ROUGHLY MAY 2022, did not see the problematic manager this day): Best store in limeridge! Everyone here is so nice and friendly! Would give 6/5 stars if possible!! This is a great example of how a store should run. Excellent management, always happy to deal with any issue!! Their sales staff are always super friendly, everyone here is perfect!
