I recently visited the Apple Store at Limeridge Mall due to my phone’s tendency to shut down and reboot unexpectedly. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite multiple visits for the same issue, the resolution remains elusive.The service, particularly from one of the guy with cornrow braid, was notably unhelpful. His inability to explain the problem or offer a solution only added to my frustration. Instead of assistance, I received a dismissive suggestion to ‘figure it out’ myself. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I had many questions regarding which iPhone I should purchase as a first time buyer and I have been to many places already, but this was the first time I have met an employee where they have aided me in my questions and confusion, as I am terrible with technology. I ended up getting her name, Shay, and can't be thankful enough for the help on figuring out which product I should be spending my money as an upgrade after all these years. Honeslty, she went above and beyond in comparison to all the empolyees I have met to date.

Staff were great but ownership needs to schedule more of them. Had appointment and had to wait 20 minutes past appt time. Came to pick up item after paying for a repair and only 2 staff on duty and a store full of annoyed customers. Waited 30 min to pick up an item that I had already paid repairs for. Just needed someone to hand it over.

Called in to book an appointment since my new iPad Air 5th Gen was not responsive. Even after searching up how to fix this (by holding onto the power button, volume button, etc.), and talking to Apple support chat, nothing worked. Thankfully Jay was able to fix my problem in 2 minutes over the phone, and saved me from having to make a visit to the mall. Thank you so much Jay! :)

Very terrible service. They told me to kill myself, and they threaten to call the police just because Eye asks for help. Terrible terrible service.

Had to take my iPhone 14 to them because the Taptic Engine had come loose in my phone and rattled when the phone vibrated they were able to fix it within about an hour

Terrible experience. Bought 2 Airpods with an AppleCare on one on them. Unfortunately, I was told to wait for two days for their email. 3 days passed and no mail and sadly had to call Apple for over an hour and Apple confirmed that there was no trace of request

Hi, I had some serious issues with my iPhone 15 and was annoyed seeing as I had just got it. Daniel, the manager there handled my issues with the best care and attention. Even with a busy store, Daniel not only made sure I was taken care of but also made sure that the rest of the store, his employees, and his customers were looked after as well. GO HERE FOR ANY APPLE ISSUES, DANIEL IS YOUR GUY.

Amazing service, Jay was super helpful and quick in the sining in process as he knew I was there on my lunch break, he was very accommodating and helpful. Tyler took care of the repair of my AirPods and within an hour my AirPods were ready to be picked up just like Jay promised. I was kept informed by text messages which was very convenient: The pick up process was just as smooth. I will definitely recommend going to Jump Plus Hamilton for your Apple products needs.

Waiting to return something. Only one sales rep in the store can do the return. So, There’s a free rep just standing around who could help but that would be too easy. Just another reason the wait times are not good here... still, the sales staff is friendly and helpful.

Edit: This Jump location is incredible. If I could add an additional 5 stars I would. My boyfriends computer just died right before he starts his next semester at university and all the staff at Jump were so kind, understand of the stressful situation, and helpful during the process of figuring out the issue and then replacing it. Jade was fantastic especially, she was very knowledgeable about all products and was able to make really smart and helpful recommendations based off of what we were looking for. I highly recommend anyone coming here for all apple products, the kindness and knowledge from all the staff is unbeatable.Steven was so kind and helped me find exactly what I needed. I had a great experience shopping here, would highly recommend, and will definitely be going back !

Given it’s the only place in town where I can go for legit advice about Apple products, I was slightly disappointed when I asked the young assistant about question about the new AirPods. He pulled out his phone and went to the Apple Store website to look for the answer. I’ve already done that I said. He didn’t know any more than that and left me. I kinda expected more than that.

Absolutely horrible place if you are going for apple products or to fix your Apple device just go to an ACTUAL Apple Store these guys are scammers make the trip and go to Burlington and not Hamilton

Everything fine except for their no returns policy… either the apple watch they sold me has an issue with charging, the cord is faulty, or their brand of charging block is just junk. Either way, my only frustration is fighting to charge the actual product!
