Went to them for the first time and was far better than the other shops I've been to. Will be going back for services here from now on.

Very pleased with my recent service on my motorcycle. I own a older model Yamaha, Paul and his team took to time to make it right. I would highly recommend this place. I will definitely continue working with them.

Best place for all your Yamaha parts and services, they are honestly so nice to deal with. Everytime I call I've been treated and greeted with just the happiest reps!!! I've bought the tiny'st parts for my YZFR6 and I didn't feel like an idiot for breaking something but was greeted with laughter and jokes. This will be my #1 place for all bike parts. Can't wait for the new 2025 super bikes I will definitely be buying from them especially after the way they treated me!

It was a such a great experience dealing with Kelly's Cycle. A great shop that specialises in service but also has an excellent selection of new and used bikes. Larry took the anxiety out of being a first time motorcycle buyer and really took the time to explain things and give us newbies some great advice. They even recommended the insurance agent I ended up going with, and saved me a bunch of money. We love our new starter bike and when we are ready for the next step, Kelly's will be our first choice for our next bike. I highly recommend this local gem of a shop.

Excellent customer service. Larry was great in answering all my questions and concerns. Purchased a new Raptor 90 for my children. I would definitely purchase another in the future.

I'm quite disappointed to leave this review to be honest. I really liked kellys up until this point. I purchased a bike there early 2024. For $6,600. It was cold so didn't start riding it until the warmer weather naturally. But I had purchased some additional upgrades (heated grips, and phone mount) to my recollection probably $300-$500 worth. I fell on some financial trouble in the early summer 2024 so I asked kellys if they'd be interested in purchasing the bike back. I had put less than 1,000kms on the bike. I explained my situation and I was offered $5,300 for the bike. I was dealing with Larry and asked him to come up to $5,500 (not an outrageous counter in my opinion) but that's the number I had in mind. I was given a stern no, even mentioning the additions to the bike. Which I was given the reply of "well you can take it with you". He stated repeatedly that's the book value of the bike. That's what it's worth. I understand it's a business and they need to make money. My disappointment came when I saw the new listing for my bike now listed at $7,920 ($1,300 more than I bought it for after I paid for the additions to the bike). This was the second bike I purchased there (purchased a brand new v star back in 2017). I had all my service completed there, I put on an after market exhaust, heated grips on the v star. So needless to say I've spent thousands in that store is an understatement. So for them not to come up $200 for a repeat customer, and re sell the bike for $2,600 profit instead of $2,400 is unfortunate. Again I understand it's a business and they have expenses. But they also need to understand that my business will now be going elsewhere.
If you're buying the 2009 Victory ask them to buy it for what it's worth $5,300. That's the answer they gave me when selling it back to them.
They lost a loyal customer over $200.

I was very pleased with the service, Steven Kelly had welcomed me and was nice upon drop off Saturday afternoon for my 9 am Monday morning appointment. Paul at service desk was nice, he had all parts ready for service upon drop off as requested, communication was excellent, it was a pleasure working with Kelly cycle, the job completed was done well. My machine runs wonderful (YFZ 450R Yamaha quad) Thank you, I will be back ! (Engine valve service completed)

Horrible nightmare story from these clowns!! I bought a 1987 fz600 supposed to be certified when I picked it up..... when I bought it I had asked if he could have hid mechanic take it just an extra lap around the block or a little further than normal just to make extra certain that everything is in check......I bought my helmet, gloves, coat and bike all at Kelly's and agreed to pick the bike up a few days later... I get the call that it's ready and to come pick it up, I worked at bay king around the corner at that time. I go to pick up the bike and it wouldn't start... dead battery..... so after a few mins, they installed a new one and I'm on my way. I get to bay king as this was on my lunch... I pull into the parking lot and the oil light turns on.... go to parts, order some oil, fill the thing up... Friday of a long weekend... still stoked....after work I came down upper james and the clutch cable adjustment came loose spitting of the cable... so coming down the hill... first day with it no clutch coming up to king st... yeah yikes.... I end up making it home, adjusted and tightened the cable down, still excited.... next morning wake up at dawns Crack to ride my new machine.... coming up the kennilworth access..... the speedo cable came off!! So I drag it till I can stop... then re attach and tighten. Go meet up with my buddy and we pull into the gas station and he goes dude your muffler fell off!! I look down and the bolt holding it to the frame is missing... grab the muffler with my new riding gloves and push it in place, new gloves not new ? ended up going out for a nice long ride on a beautiful day despite the issues..... stop for a smoke break and find my front brakes are literally smoking.. fork seals gone uuuggghhhh..... go to start the machine.... carb was stuck and flooded the cylinder FML back rock the bike get the fuel out and got it to start..... take it into Kelly's and not even aggressively was treated like an idiot, they kept it for a few days, they tinkered the carbs, and ordered the fork seals and tell me to come back next week.... while driving it to work the next day... the 2 bolts holding on the timing tensioner backed off, causing me to coast into work on a smoking ball of dripping oil.....found replacement bolts and tightened down the tensioner and completely soaked my new riding boots.... all this in about a week and a half with less than 600 km on the machine... someone chirp in here and think I'm being over critical.... at one point they had a different comparable machine which I asked if I could switch for, Larry wasn't having it.... additionally the helmet I bought from there did not have a DOT sticker and the course I went to affiliated with then required the sticker, so I ended up having to replace my helmet with a cheapy for the course..... you're 100% correct I bought the bike in the end of June for the July long weekend... I spent the next month and a half bouncing in and out of the dealership for front fork seals... as the cold weather approached it wouldn't start so I gave up on the machine... fast forward to the next spring I take this bike into a different shop and got quoted out over 2,000 for a bike I had just bought.... at a yamaha dealer!! I ended up scavenging $700 back from it.... bought a 2004 fz600 returned to Kelly's to get the safety and a general check over, bought the oil change and got messed around with through thier service dept. I got my new bike in April of 2017 and have never returned to Kelly's. Even tho I rebuilt a 1984 suxuki rm250, all parts from Kelly's, a 1987 yamaha moto4.... all parts from Kelly's... so preceeding this horror show I was actually a customer of about 15 years!

Just bought XSR900 here. Exceptional experience at Kelly's. Very well organized showroom with great selection. Stephen was excellent with the whole process, starting from answering my questions to delivering me the bike. Everything was just flawless. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a motorcycle. Great service, great selection, and great people!
