Arun in the service department was amazing yesterday! My car was taken in on time, service was completed in a timely manner, updates were provided via text. Arun even drove my car around front for me! This service was never provided in the past. He greets you when you walk in, instead of standing there akwardly as no one acknowledges you (happened previously). Arun will be my choice to deal with going forward,. Shout out to ZOHAN who I believe did the work on my car. THANK YOU!

Bought a used Ford Explorer 2018 they told me everything is checked by professionals with 50% or more life. right next day i noticed many issues and told them to fix it. its been now almost a month they told me they will contact me but nothing.i have to jump start my car everyday from the day i bought.don't buy a used car from them.i dont even think they check the basic systems before delivering you car.

I bought a used car here, handed over my bank transfer, and signed all the forms when I was told the last one was to acknowledge the car has been in an accident. I had not been told this, and my recollection was being told it hadn't. I had had the car inspected by a garage, and knew it was not structurally damaged, but this was legally required to be disclosed. I bought the car and am confident it was a good choice but it really left a bad taste in my mouth as I overpaid. I gave feedback to the manager (it took multiple phone calls to get him). He assured me he values honesty, integrity, and transparency and would call back. Awaiting resolutionI have since learned this is a common tactic in used car sales, and I am so disappointed at being tricked. I feel really taken advantage of, and this sale unfortunately reinforced all the stereotypes of used car sales and women buying cars.

This morning I was coming out of a store on Upper James and seen something hanging under my car by my tire that just didn’t look right. I drove over to Kia on Upper James (Grimsby is my home dealership) I went into the desk explaining I don’t have an appointment but something just doesn’t look right. Right away Amy jumped up came outside to take a look. Told me to drive it in the bay and a mechanic will look at it. A plastic cover had come loose. Thankfully it wasn’t anything serious and the mechanic had it fixed in 2 minutes at no cost.
