Worst worst experience ever in my life. It was a really bad idea to get a gift for my son from kids foot locker. it’s Probably the worst kids Footlocker I have ever seen, the employees who work there was so rude and tough. Never go there again. This is my second time struggling to exchange a cloth with tag. Nothing wrong only wrong size. In other hand I went to foot locker down stairs in Limeridge mall and they were super nice specially shav and Cole. I explained to them right away they helped me. Don’t ever buy anything from up stairs again kids foot locker. So rude.

Probably the worst kids Footlocker across the country, simply because of one reason , the employees who work here. Literally always smell like dope, having personal conversations amongst themselves as to who’s going to be rolling the dope. They are never helpful and straight out disrespectful towards customers with their attitudes and ghetto lifestyle! Fire them all right now and shut the store down this is not Jane and Finch this is Canada, we have standards here in this country, parents beware of these referees in this store as they always appear intoxicated or under the influence of an unknown substance. The one with the Dollarama glasses who appears to be African would literally look you in the eyes as if you’re lost and would ask if you need help. The Fillipino one is a fob fresh off the boat who looks like a bum and he smells like pho!

Light skinned black man with the round glasses who works here is very rude and weird and unhelpful. Completely turned me off this store and I will let friends of friends and family members not to come here as long as he works here. Such a disappointment. When me and my child walked in it was like he was disgusted that we came in. It was disgraceful.

My mom had a very poor experience at this location. She tried to exchange a size 9 toddler shoe for a size 10 toddler shoe.The staff insisted she needed to pay $12 to change the shoe size of the EXACT same shoe. (they say becasue it was purchased on 50 day) which makes absolutely no sense.......Override the cost....its a size exchange. Since former manager Mary left this location they've been struggling. Do better. - had she not brought a receipt in you guys would have exchanged the size.

I recently went to Kids Foot locker to buy an outfit for my nephew and ended up spending and buying more then I expected because the lady working was so helpful and accommodating. She helped me pick out what I needed and matched the outfits for me perfectly. Mary was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond for me and even called another store to secure the shoe size I needed. I recommend her to my sister and she also went in and had a wonderful experience. I will most definitely be back to see Mary again. She’s awesome.

I went into the lime ridge mall location looking for some Air Force 1s for myself that I had some issues with ordering online. Devante was the only on the floor and he was more than helpful in directing me to the exact ones I was looking for and helping me decide on a size as I was in between two sizes. He was extremely polite and deserves to be recognized for his wonderful customer service

Good selection but as other reviews mention their manager really needs to get over whatever complex she has. You look like your in your 40s - maybe act like it and drop the attitude. Loosen that pony tail I think it’s making you cranky.

Love that I can fit into kids shoes size 7 as they fit like woman's size 8/8.5. Love their selection of boots and always come here for my Tims as they are much cheaper than adult ones. Good customer service to.

Worse customer service I have received in a long time.Staff are too busy chatting amongst themselves to watch how many shoppers are coming in, and ask people to wait outside after the customer is halfway in the store.Further that, if you want to speak rudely of your customers as they are walking out due to your lacklustre service, either be sure they are out of the store OR use your indoor voice. Yes we heard you.Totally understand why brick and mortar stores are closing at a rapid speed, I will not shop here again. Online will only be because the toddler shoes I need are necessity.

I can see reading through i was not alone in the horrific customer service i received today. Starting from being barked at and rudly.told to line up they were at capacity. 3 people left (i was a mom with my 4 children. 1 special needs) so I waited as I was 5. The customer behind me clearly in a rush to do hsr return says "you gunna go?" I said no the lady told me they were at capacity I have to wait. She than told me "relax" and proceeded to go ahead of me. Instead of stopping this Mary (apparently the manager) let.it happen. The cuatomer should have been told I was waiting for another 2 to leave to make space but instead the manger mad a snide remark to the customer about me.2 more come out and i asked if I could go in and that is when the "manger" became ignorant, unprofessional and quite frankly disturbing in her behavior.I told her the customer behind should of continued to wait and she than accused ME of being rude to the impatient customer trying to do her return and told me i should of come in with 2 of my kids and left the other 2 in line until their was space. Apparently she took it upon herself to assume this was safe. My children are 5mths, 2 (in a double stroller) 10 and 17. Mary should consider more than meets the eye. Had she asked i would have explained my oldest is non verbal and autistic and can not be "just left"I asked if she was the manager and she told me she was. Wht a scary thought. I told her j was also a cs manager of a big store and the way she was acting and speaking wasn't ok. I told her I no longer wanted to shop there but did want rhe phone number to head office and her name. She told me to "get a grip" and "yelling at me "mam this is a pandemic" yes .. im aware and it's not about my unwillingly to wait but the fact that I was obeying.ypur rules of capacity and you let the 2 customers behind me go in simply because I did as you asked but she was too busy yelling at me to listen.Again I asked for the number to HO and she said it is customer service for complaints. I said ok and your name too please.Never did I even cross the lease line at any point during this.She came back with a chicken scratch phone number (which bt the way didnt work) i had to look up CS email nd phone # online. I said it is very convenient you didn't put.ypur name like I asked several times. She literally turned around and shouted "MARY... YOU ARE RIDICULOUS AND OUTRAGEOUS " And stomped away.I will be following up with customer service. Clearly Mary had a bad day but this does not justify her verbal attack and name calling of me. I would suggest a customer service behavior refresher for her aswell. It is in very poor taste to assume you know things about people eg why i wouldn't just leave 2 of my kids in a busy mall hallway ...and was more.than happy to just wait for 2 more spots. My suggestion would be to hire management with compassion, understanding and patience. Calling customers names infeont of children especially would never fly in my store and I hope the district supervisor takes this more seriously. I have a total of 6 kids & shopped her many times before without issue but I will not return ever again thanks to "MARY"I will copy the customer 2 below me . My 1 star is for Mary!I hadn't even seen that review before writing mine. Clearly you have a bum manager here Footlocker and you're losing valuable customers!
